How is the wanderer he just had lvl 90 when he’s doing cons for frazuan,ke Quinn and gorou lvl 90 but when he shows it later in the video he’s lvl one?

I had around 350 wishes saved since the 2.x versions for the first wanderer banner. Spent 200 wishes on the limited banner and got C0 both wanderer and faruzan, and 150 wishes on the weapon banner and got redhorn and jade spear....
When I did this ritual for the first time, I immediately got sherbet cookie on my first pull!! But when I tried it again some days later I just got a rare lol
