It's a disgrace that a manufacturer can build such poor quality items then charge a fortune for parts...from the toilets to the ovens ridiculously cheap quality items on my next build I'll definitely avoid

Be careful. Bringing the black slider back across may not be not enough to firmly push the seal up into its housing even if it is lubricated. To be sure you may need a bent piece of wire to hook under the body of the rubber seal and pull it up into place. If the seal is not firmly located it will simply fall out again when you come to empty the toilet and get flushed away. You won't notice until the next time you lift the base up to empty it and dirty fluid flows everywhere from the unsealed vent.

The top door pin needs a 4mm clip to stop the spring clip and door bouncing and dropping the pin out when travelling , currently we are using a 4mm ziptie until my new 3D printer arrives . Our door came off and gouged the caravan floor just travelling on rural bitumen roads between Manilla and Barraba NSW

The only issue we have with the new child friendly bottles is that the child friendly tops keep failing, and won’t open, with the bottles more than half full - it’s happened with our last three bottle of toilet (green) fluid

The video shows how to replace the complete trapdoor / float arm unit. How do I replace a float-arm that has been accidentally knocked off? I can't actually see how it's supposed to go back together.

How many pumps/macerators does it have? There is one from the toilet to the black water tank, as far as I can see there is another one mounted in the black tank for discharge, is there also a pump from the gray water tank to the black water tank?

Well, I followed this as I need to replace the inner seal as it's got a kink in it allowing leakage, however the plastic edges that hold the blade in when reversed has broken now my cassette is useless! Not that impressed with the flimsyness, what do i need to buy to repair this now???

Hi Atle, directly underneath the green vent button, there is the white part that is connected. In order to take it out of the tank, you will have to firmly pull it while pushing down the green vent button. When re-installing the parts, you will have to push the white part back firmly until you hear a 'click' sound.
My tank is a C403. Unfortunately, I can't get it to remove the valve as described above. I pull the white part down vigourously and nothing happens. I'm afraid to break it. Is the part really so tightly connected to each other or is there another trick?

Hi Nadine, you can clean this by putting 100mg of citric acid (drugstore) in a full pot of lukewarm water and leaving it for a few hours. Then rinse well. Hi Albert, with 'pink water', do you mean Aqua Rinse Concentrated - our flush water tank product? That can be added to the flush water tank each time the flush water tank is refilled. The product in this video (Aqua Kem Blue) is meant for the wastewater tank of your caravan.
