Hi, we were given 2 pumpkin plants. First time trying it. One of the plants has a second vine growing in opposite direction of the first vine that took off first. What should I do with this second vine? Thanks 3:19

Hi trying to grow a giant pumpkin. And was wondering I pollinated the first flower 7 day ago At the pumpkin site there’s a secondary vine about 3 ft long And there a a pumpkin starting on the secondary vine. Should I cut off the secondary vine or just remove the new pumpkin on it

How often do you feed your plant a quarter teaspoon of the activate and root shield

You are so right, third leaf is showing burn on the main and a secondary on one of my plants that had a bit too much nitrogen.

Any tips on picking your winner? This is my first attempt at gardening and growing a giant pumpkin. Does it matter if the pumpkin is close to the original root or is at the end of the vine better?

Good luck this year! My dad and uncle have done no till with their crops for the past 10 or so years. We are building a barn right now so seeing your video gives me ideas on what I want to do with the horse manure. If you want to see our barn, it is in the background of the seed starting video I posted yesterday.

@@doinkeroni I was able to ask Cindy the same question when she was interviewed a few days ago by Chad New. She gave a few ideas but then suggested getting them on Ron Wallace's site was a good way to go. I looked at them and think I'll go that way this year. If you watch Chad News interview with Cindy you can see what she said about heating cables, Its towards the end. Best of luck. Ryan

This is my 1st time growing a giant pumpkin and mine is not growing anywhere near that. Mime is 1 1/2 the size of a soft ball and it's 30 days into its growing time. What can I do to promote growth? This is something that my 6 year old son was so excited to do. He is on the autism spectrum and he has become very passionate about growing all types of pumpkins. So much that I bought the empty property next to me just so he could have a pumpkin patch. Any advice would be greatly appreciated 😊. Thank you
