@@forceusa1092 It's good on this website to ship well to France? 😅 And one more question, can we do bench press with this trainer or it's too small inside?
Hi Chris, the only pulleys that combine for a max of 440lb are the base pulleys, as they are 1:1 (individually). The overhead and side pulleys are 2:1 (individually) meaning each pair combined will max out at 220lb.
The Force USA C10 comes with the following attachments (essentially everything you see in the video, except for the weight plates, bench, and attachment stand): 2x J-Hooks 2x Front Safeties Lat Pulldown Bar Straight Connection Bar EZ Curl Connection Bar Tricep Rope Core Trainer + Handle 2x Olympic Quick Lock Collars 2x Single Stirrups (Nylon) Ankle Strap Foam Pad for Smith Bar Close Grip Triangle Chin/Dip Belt 4x Extension Chains 6x Carabiners
@@forceusa1092 thank you. You mean weight plates for the bar are not part or even the weight plates in general like for pull up/down are as well not part of standard equipment?
While the pulleys do offer great versatility, the integrated weight stacks aren’t connected to the Smith machine bar with cables. You'll still need Olympic plates for that. 😊
Good news! The C10 is currently available in Dubai and across the UAE at www.garner.ae. You can also find it in Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Qatar, and Bahrain at www.alqudra.sa 💪

Please, I have a question. Instead of using the plates on the bar, is it possible to attach the handles from each pole to the bar and use the stack weights to push up or down movements?
Hey @mikepal830! We don’t recommend swapping out parts with non-Force USA items since they haven’t been safety tested. But stay tuned-a little birdy told me there might be some exciting pulley upgrade kits coming soon! 🤫😉
Absolutely you can; don't let the name confuse you, but the G20 Pro Upgrade Kit is compatible with the C10 and contains jammer arms in addition to a leg developer and dip bars. www.forceusa.com/products/g20-upgrade-kit
I think this is what I am going to purchase. I ha been looking for many of these features. The only draw back for me is the force USA jammer arms don’t have multi plane nor lockable features and there aren’t any 2x2 options I’ve seen on the market yet.
There are a few things to consider, but It really comes down to two main differences: 1) G12 has a Smith machine, and the X15 does not. 2) The G12 has a 1:1 cable ratio, whereas the X15 has the option to switch between 1:1 and 2:1. Hope that helps 🙂
@@forceusa1092 yes it does because when me and my wife bought our g12 it was your first edition one. I know you've revised it a bit and now have other options as I'm learning them to spread awareness about your business 😉
It's true, the G20 Pro is a different beast. But if you want to do heavier lifts, the optional Lat Row Station Upgrade could be the answer. It has a 289lbs/130kg weight stack with a cable ratio of 1:1 🙂
From all the Force USA Racks/Functional Trainers I have reviewed, the C10 appears to be the culmination of all the best features of the past rack/trainer designs, plus more. The stated exterior height of the C10 is 87 inches. What is the maximum height of the smith machine barbell storage position? It appears to be roughly a foot (12 inches) shorter than the overall height? 77 inches?
Thanks for the kind words Alexander! We're very happy with how the C10 has turned out and the response we've had. The maximum height for storing the Smith machine barbell is 75 inches, which leaves enough room for most people to walk in and out of the machine freely 🙂
The side and overhead pulleys are 2:1, but the base pulleys are 1:1, so you can, in fact, load up with 440 lbs for hack squats, low rows etc. by connecting both weight stacks
Ah, I see what you're talking about, @@nrobfd_yutb that is a little confusing. To clarify, each individual overhead pulley is 2:1, meaning when both cables are connected, the lat pulldown maxes out at 220 lbs, essentially combining for a cable ratio of 1:1. This would also mean that when both base cables (1:1) are connected, you would, in fact, be working with a cable ratio of 1:2 and max out at 440 lbs. Hopefully that makes sense. 🙂
Unfortunately, the G6 is currently not available in India, but we do have other All-In-One Trainers available. 🙂 forceusa.in/collections/all-in-one-trainer
the website says the bottom pulleys are 1:1 or 1:2 capable. Does that mean if you use both pulleys you have a maximum weight of 440 pounds on the bottom?
Hi Doug, the combined max weight when both weight stacks are attached is 220 lbs, not 440 lbs. If you wanted to go heavier on a similar movement, you could always load up the Smith machine for squats. 🙂
Apologies, you are correct@@itsjrbro. The side and overhead pulleys are 2:1, but the base pulleys are 1:1, so you can, in fact, load up with 440 lbs for hack squats, low rows etc. by connecting both weight stacks
I just ordered mine (C10+Sliding Bench) a couple of days ago. I have high expectations for this model. I'm already a customer, I have a G1, but honestly the brand deserves an applause for the quality and the way they deliver the order, the instruction book is easy and assembly is simple. It just requires time. On the other hand, the pulley system is weak and offers a lot of friction, which prevents you from being able to perform a strong workout. I hope that after 4 years and a higher range, a lot has changed. Note: I was VERY TEMPTED to buy the REP Ares 2.0, but I think I'm better served with this one.
Hey @wingovertd, thank you so much for the kind words. We're always looking to innovate and improve, and your feedback is a vital part of that process. Thanks for choosing us, we're sure you'll love the C10! 🙌

does the 1:1 on the low/high pulleys mean you get (2) 2:1 stacks for a total of 220 pounds, or (2) 1:1 stacks for a total of 440 pounds? 220 pounds doesn't sound like a lot for a hack squat, but 440 would be more than enough by far.
Ignore the previous comment Doug. The side and overhead pulleys are 2:1, but the base pulleys are 1:1. Which means you can indeed hack squat up to 440 lbs using the C10 Sliding bench. 👌
