It is no Rocket science that Hoeneß wants to stay at VFB Stuttgart, he managed to make the quick turnaround from the buttom of the Bundesliga to the upper half of the league, but many really good managers failed at United. This is no quick turnaround problem but a serious problem at United. You need willingness of the ownership and some time to get United on the right track and I guess many managers have doubts that the way United is currently running they can make the right steps and most likely ruin their career.
