Tiny homes are great. But the excitement if not having place for storage. If you can use counter products want a pantry sew camp etc expect to look into local storages.
Wolf industries sounds very interesting .I m a combat veteran homeless but yet very skilledfull from reading prints to actually construction on every level of building modular homes .When I was married I got a job at evolution building concepts in navasota tx .Was hired as lead man . After 8 months became supervisor in training .My departments were floors and wall .Had a good team was always inplementing new ways to motivate my guys and girls to step out in the unknow more possibilities there .Then covid hit we were laid off
Wolf is one of the few companies that can do turn key homes. Other companies just sell you the house and you're on your own with the site work and permits etc.
To save $5,000… not me! Too much governmental red tape and dealing with other contractors. We are glad that we had Wolf Industries take care of all that for us. 😃👍
Really cool I kind of like the ideas I noticed you use a lot of stainless steel appliances if somebody were to purchase a house which something I'm thinking about could we get traditional either white or black appliances if we're someone like me who hates stainless steel

A house should cost around thirty thousand dollars; with a house payment of no more than ten percent of a working man’s monthly income. There’s no reason for Mortgages; if you buy a house you just sign a one page sales contract. No agents or lawyers. The reason that housing costs so much in America is simple. There are too many people here. The correct population for the United States is two hundred million people; 95% Anglo Saxon, with an average national age of twenty. Lots of young families, living without financial stress. America belongs to them. The communists in Washington want to nationalize all the houses, and then break-up all the families.
