So a question in order to conceal carry in Idaho do need to get your Concealed weapons permit? I know you always hear that Idaho is constitutional carry but is that only for open carry? If so that to me would mean it not a constitutional carry state as you need permission/permit to conceal carry your firearm.
Hess Land and Homes....He may be one to be a custom home builder from clearing to keys. He has a home for sale here in Washington that he just built. 1.3m on 5 acres. Sisters lane in Shelton Wa.
Even though I don't like you for what you're doing here, you do make a few good points. You haven't been here long enough to know how North Idaho has changed mostly for the worse. But the reality is what it is. I used to write every Californian I stopped until recently on one of those stops the person informed me they were here because they feel the same way I do about things politically. I guess I didn't think about it that way and I've given a few breaks out there to these foreigners. However, no breaks for realtors.
Literally every single client that we have helped move here is EXTREMELY conservative and actively interested in keeping this place exactly as it is. People always complain about liberals moving here from CA, but that couldn't be farther from the truth. I'm sure some do, but the majority are awesome people. CA sucks politically, but people don't realize there are some very country folks living there, especially in NorCal. I'm assuming you're kidding... I was a cop for 14 years and would still take a bullet for any man or woman with a badge if you were in a bad situation on the side of the road..even though I'm a realtor.
I'm going to be there in three weeks. Renting for now. My sideline is real estate photography and drone photography. Perhaps there's a Chamber of Commerce or RE Guild meeting we'll meet up at sometime. Thanks for the informative video.
i admire their state and im in a pretty free state kentucky but idaho is even more pro gun apperantly i didnt know thAT WAS possible but here we are lol
Contractors are catch-as-catch-can because they’re all busy. I’ve had electricians give me a high quote just so that they don’t get the job. Road workers and builders get pulled off on bigger projects and tend to leave the smaller jobs to the side.
The tech school named Kellogg gets mixed in with the town in noID. I don't know where that is. Not here in the Silver Valley. Ha! There's not much poison left unless u go slurp up the slough or the rvr bottom. The CdA river needs dredged up and put in outer space. Never happen. Do not fish for food .
@@thenorthidahoexperience Unfortunately its getting too liberal, some counties like Vail, & Boulder already have 10 round mag capacity. They wanted a 10 day wait period, the settled on 3 days. Slowly the liberal gun grabbers will keep chipping away, well you know how it goes.
Great video! North Idaho definitely called my family as well. The beauty, family values and like minded political climate is a win win for us. I agree, if these values don't align with you then I would choose another location. You want to feel at peace where you live. We are very thankful to be here. Feeling very Blessed. Fall is absolutely stunning here. 🙏🍁
You still have to fill out a background check in Idaho. If you have a concield permit, you don't have to wait for it to go through. But you still fill out the forms. Don't make these videos making it look like it's the wild west out here. We do it right in Idaho...😊 Person to Person is a different story.
I like most any place away from the ills of a large population center but what to do if you are a bit past retirement age (i am 70) and need to see the doctor frequently? I must keep on driving. I am retired as an auto mechanic. My profession never offered any type of pension and I did not start a 401K. I have found a very nice section 8 apartment. Place is very nice and not suffering from the section 8 problems of the city. I can handle every issue except having to drive to Coeur d Alene (or even Spokane) for medical. One way around this would be to get caught up on all specialists before you move. There is a public transportation bus to CDA that runs only on Tuesdays/Thursdays but you only get 1 hr in CDA before it returns and no public transportation on the weekends. Long lead times for specialists. I say food is 25% more than "home" (Tucson AZ). The only real big negative aspect is that the Silver Valley is not set up to be easy for retirement. I needed the pace of life to slow down. Even CDA is too hectic for me. My requirements have nothing to do with left or right wing politics. I don't really like the massive amounts of noisy off road vehicles past my window. Is peace and quiet a left wing or right wing idea? There are more than just a few in the Silver Valley that have no use for things tRump.
Very true points. Sleep quality and quantity are huge factors as well. Multiple studies have shown how even just a few nights of shitty sleep can significantly lower T levels. Got to keep those bollocks well rested lads!
To Californians moving to Idaho.... He is talking to you!!! You messed this place up with your voting habits don't do the same to another state. Same concept applies to Florida, Texas, Arizona, etc... he didn't want to point the finger at CA but I did it for him! Lol keep up the great work guys
I'm from WA, and now in ID. I vote like I did in WA, but when I was in WA, my candidates never won, which is one of the reasons I left. Here I think they will more often than not.
@@tanikomatsai4179 I can relate to that, as a person still living in WA and watching it continue to sink into the quagmire that is... Ok, I'll keep it civil but pretty sure you know where I was going with that. Have just begun my journey to moving out of here so...
We hear this constantly. 1. California only became this way in the past 20 years. Most of the crazies came here for college or Silicon Valley and never left back to the East Coast. 2. When I grew up in CA it was EXACTLY like N. Idaho today. 3. It's unAmerican to tell people how to vote. 4. Stop confusing conservatives with Republicans. Conservatives hate that because we're a lot more actually conservative than most Republicans. 4. I'm going to be there in 3 weeks. I can be a very friendly guy, but the minute you try and act like my boss, it's on. I'm spending a lot of hard earned money to get there AWAY from people always telling me what I should and shouldn't do. Two men have authority to tell me what to do; Jesus Christ and my Dad, and they're both in Heaven right now. Understand?
@@thenorthidahoexperience i grew up in ky and mo but lived in hellinois for 20 years fianlly escaped 2 yearsa go back ot guntucky i went to the gun store here talking boiut waiting periods and stuff and they looked at em like i was on somthing when i mentioned the il foid card they said what the f word is that then said if you pass a nics you get your guns today and can carry it most places i was like FREEDOM!!!
Forget the cops! I want the public to have the same rights as! Why should cops have more firepower than the public? We have the same 2nd amendment as they do! You can’t take back your country if they are out armed!
Cant wait to check out CDA! I enjoyed the Boise area when i visited last month, but that area isnt very picturesque. Your videos are a breath of fresh air.... from someone who has seen the pitiful (yet predictable) downfall of Western Oregon over the past few decades.
Hey boys as usual great video. Question. Y'all have an in house lender? Anyone you use particularly and how can I get on that list? Keep the 2A content coming!!!
Kinda contradictory to want both Don't Tread on Me AND thin blue line😂 Laws don't mean 💩, unless there are people willing to ENFORCE unjust laws or overreach and make their own policies and interpretations thereof
lol this was super cute and funny! 😂👏🏼 I moved up to post falls from California in 2022 and it was the best decision of my life! Love everything about Idaho! 🥰🙌🏼 so lucky to live here! 🙏🏼 great video! 👍🏼
Another great video. I've had property in Hayden since '15. I finally moved up here full time 2 years ago next month as I escaped Kommiefornia. I am a conservative. I do like it here for many reasons. I want it to stay as it is. Say no to drugs, rhinos and liberalism. Fight on Idaho and have a great rest of your week everyone!
Love the keyboard warriors, crying about special treatment for LEO’s. What they don’t say is the qualifications for civilian CCW in California is every TWO years and there is no limit as to how many weapons they could qualify with, though there are only five lines given on the application. My sorry ass 27 years of service only gets me annual qualifications, it’s limited to THREE guns (which I’m good with) and our course of fire is more difficult than theirs. Can they please call up uncle Gavin and have him give us LEO’s in California the same treatment !!!! Appreciate you Seth, thanks for helping us on our new purchase in northern Idaho.
It’s not even how they vote is the problem, it’s just the sheer numbers of them coming in. For people born and raised in North Idaho it’s clear as day how much it’s been changed and ruined here simply to usher in the wave of Californians. Every free inch of farmland, forests and field is being ripped up to make crappy houses and apartments that will be completely filled with Californians. It’s awful
The more special 2A laws, written for "special" people. The less likely we get real pro 2A legislation for real people. Government employees deserve no more Rights than anyone else.
God bless Idaho. Here in Louisiana we have some ok gun laws permit less concealed carry just went into effect after getting rid of a democrat governor, besides that we can open carry. I am of an age and mind set that any laws these democrat anti gun politicians pass doesn't apply to me. if they have a problem with it tough shit. Even walmart here doesn't mind if you conceal carry in their stores. It's great to have state governments standing up for our rights.
