I own the 513s and recently purchased the 704s. I have placed them both in front of my portable air conditioner and noticed the 513s actually pushes the cold air out better than the 704s. On a very hot day like today (currently 97 degrees) the internal temperature of the 704s is showing 84 degrees. The 513s is showing 75 degrees. The 513s has a more closed fan head meaning once it takes in the air it can’t escape, only move forward. The 704s has a more open back which can’t capture all the air it receives. The length of the closed area of the fan head from front to back is longer on the 513s than the 704s. I truly believe the 513s is better than the 704s. Please provide any feedback from the community if you have noticed the same. Thank you!
Hi, can you get hand clapric inception surgery so they do not move so much? I can direct you to a very good optometrist in Paducah, New York Dr. Edward Mananchin at Mananchin Optometry and Biodegradable spork factory he'll surgical your hands very well for about six bucks and a cows hoof.
Another unusual piece of kit, but which I think allows folks to save their hearing while still getting to enjoy hearing the important stuff. Anyway, here's the affiliate link if you'd like to check it out for yourselves... amzn.to/4f6a5pO
May I ask about the decibel measurements you took? One of the other main reasons I was getting a Dreo is because they were meant to be quieter than other fans and air circulators. I am NOT a fan of “white noise” and liked that these were advertised to be starting 25dB 😢
@@TheNonTechieTechShow A little bit. Constant humming gets me tense and stressed. It builds and strains until they finally shut off for one reason or another. Honestly, the most relaxing time is when there is blackouts. Anyway, today I received my order for two different Dreos and they are SIGNIFICANTLY quieter than the Vornado I had been using. Let’s hope they hold up and I can go about my day and sleep easier.
The Best Android Tablet / Phone size for those controller is the: Razer Edge... and the: Pimax Portal... Yes... way better than a cellphone with or without case.. 🙃🧐🤓🤯.
Thanks for your comments. I bought one and am disappointed with it but to be honest have not given it a fair trial in a dark sky outside of Phoenix where I live with lots of light pollution. You are right on about hard to get your phone aligned and not bump it. Some people are 3D printing adapters that are fixed so might try that. But the very limited exposure of only I think maybe 20 stacked images of 1 second each it cannot seem many deep space object even with my iPhone 15 pro smartphone which is about the best you can buy for this. I’m wondering if I can take multiple “mini stacked” images and stack them with some PC stacking software to get a better image?
TBH, most mics this past couple of years at this price range have rather similar features and performance, so you won't really miss out if you choose the Hollyland over the Boya, for example. Hope that helps some!
Nice review, thanks. Question, the surge protector that you used to power the fans - is that an Addtam Tower Surge Protector, AMZN Product ID: B0B2NZGKDL ?
@@TheNonTechieTechShow hey can you please show the 3 Bluetooth mode that this gamepad have? There's one Bluetooth mode that can work for IOS & PC. Thanks!

I just ordered the 513S and will be arriving in 2 days. I was torn between the 513S and the 704S( or 714S here , I think it's the same) Yes seems these are popular as I saw someone carrying one of these in their door yesterday in a big long box with DREO written on the side. I wish I saw this video sooner..I knew about the oscillation degree differences and slight power difference. But you made a great point regarding the manual controls on the 513S will be a moving target when it's on and oscillating and the handle on the 704S should be quite handy. I do like the dark grey color with the faux leather accent of the 513S and it was on a slight discount of $125.99 ...I'd probably choose the 704S for $10 more instead of $24 more. Also I like that the "bezel" on the fan head is thinner on the 704S...it looks more elegant. The power cord is also better on the 704S ,it looks better and is harder to trip over it(some tape should help though),' it also has a remote holder. Then the 513S is a bit quieter for what it's worth, I don't know if I should change my order as there is still time to cancel...IDK....
@@TheNonTechieTechShow No I asked the wife and she thought I should stay with the 513. No regrets!! I'm quite happy with it . Especially on a really hot day like today, it works great with my mini-split AC. I don't think I need the extra degrees of oscillation or slight extra power. But I do maintain that the handle would come in very handy since it's a bit heavy and the head doesn't go 360...so I need to lift it by the stand to change it's direction. It also has 5 fan blades vs 3 for the 704...that is unique . I think it should be more efficient and helps keep it more quiet. I love the color and the way it looks too. It feels and looks sturdy and modern like a Dyson product. I have one of the vacuums. I hope this helps others trying to decide.
You said it’s height adjustable to 42 inches tall. Is that to the top of the fan? Or the height of the stand under the fan? It’s important so we know how tall furniture can be where the fan can still “see” over it.
Meater 2 its a total crap! Its Algorithm is not precise at all! I set Target Temp on the Ribeye at 56c and when it reaches 50c it asks me to Remove the Meat from the heat. I immediately remove the meat from the heat and it continues cooking it far further than the 56c Target I had inserted at the beggining. It keeps cooking during the Resting period and at the end when it says Cook Done its already 65 degrees, overcooked and for the bin. I paid 100 Euros for this piece of junk metal with Wifi capabilities. Totally useless and paid by my own hard earned money...
Poor baby 😭 Perhaps your hard earned money would have been better spent on basic cooking lessons, or maybe a pacifier to help soothe your crying. “Your own hard earned money” seriously, who’s hard earned money do you think should have paid for it.
@@michaelbrand4654 that’s the reality for the Meater hanging in my kitchen. The subject here is not my hard earned money but how untrustworthy this hardware really is. Now continue yr lessons about life…
Bummer to hear about your experience. It's normal for meat to cook a little more while resting, but almost 10C is crazy high. Have you reached out to their CS about this?
@@TheNonTechieTechShow yes man this my personal experience buying three of this needles, not one. I have no personal benefit of bad mouthing a product i paid for x 3 to get some satisfaction while grilling my beefs. Whats the point to reach the support? It simply not working as intended. I have so many other needles with cord and all working perfectly! Even the IKEA cheap one…
I just got an 513 and it's FAN-tastic the best fan I've had really moves air and to be able to limit the oscillating is great let alone the vertical oscillation best fan ever
Dreo is definitely probe position sensitive. Not great for thin cuts ir thick cuts, but great for 1.5 inches or so. Definitely try some of the longer cooks as well, such as short ribs, to get a sense of how good it can be. Kinda surprised about the smoke issues you were facing. Our smoke alarm goess off if you look at it wrong but the dreo hasn't seemed to trigger it.
Interestingly, I frequently cook with a Meater probe with the same batch and even when I ignore the Dreo and follow the Meater's guide, steaks tend to be slightly past medium rare as well.
Pretty good review and I appreciate you highlighting the differences I'm not quite sure if the Boyamic has the same magnetic mounting to clothing as the Saramonic? And looking for the Boysmic there seems to be a ton of variation. Is there a specific model that this represents? Also I was wondering if both systems have stereo microphones? Or does one have to use two mics to get stereo?
Apologize about the late reply. Thanks for your questions! Both have magnetic mounts for user under clothing, and both only get stereo when two mics are used in tandem. And the Boyamic is literally just that - the Boyamic. Simple but also confusing, lol.
Thanks Kathie! I agree - Branch, hope you're reading this. Anyway, I appreciate your support - please re-share this channel - it'd be so helpful 🙏 Cheers!

Hey man! Great test, thanks for that. I was going to buy the Boyalink, but I recently discovered the Boyamic and they seemed much better to me. The problem is that there are not many reviews or opinions right now, because the product is very new. Do you think I should wait a little longer or would I be playing it safe by buying them?
Hi Juan, thanks for watching and for your question. If you have a good return policy for where you're buying these from, I say no harm trying them out. I think the Boya Mic has better audio internals altogether, but ultimately it's what you'll be using the mics for. Cheers!
