@@alicerose6956 I don’t go until may so it was easy just the usual £50 fee. Do not worry. You will have a good time. I’ll suggest rent a boat if you can. Do the Corfu day excursion. Book your restaurants on first night. I did loads of research and was going to stay with it but saw this hotel pop up opening next year. You can make the holiday good no matter the hotel
Thanks for video - we are due to fly on Friday. Have looked up recent reviews and they are terrible!! We are now very anxious Do you think the hotel is dirty? Lots of people coming down with norovirus and say there’s the smell of sewage in the air :(
Thank you for these videos, i have booked this hotel with private pool for may, i am a bit worried after seeing the recent reviews! Would you rate the hotel? I am also goint to do the durrells boat trip but as my own skipper. Bet the durrells was rewatched when you got home
We had this cabin on a Canary Island cruise and really enjoyed it. Our only con was the soot deposits. We booked it again for a Norway cruise next year.
We also had a Premium Deluxe Balcony on the Sky this March. It was not a wake cabin but had a huge balcony. The views don't compare but I don't think I'd book your cabin.
Very good. Definitely a cabin is like to stay in. Was the price difference significant than a standard balcony? I don't mind the extra walking myself. Walk off all that food 😂 Definitely the type of room that will be complimented by the Fjords. I've said before that Fjords require a sea view cabin at the minimum or you won't experience it best
It was more expensive but worth every penny! We had far better weather than forecast so we sat out most evenings with a drink looking at the gorgeous scenery.
With respect, suggest adjusting your camera to show less of your tummy. Your criticisms of the food are credible and important but they lose some punch while viewers start at your large belly and wonder, jeez doesn't look like it was that bad. Camera angles MUCH better at the end of the vid.
Hi, thoroughly enjoyed your anniversary meal review of the Crown Grill. It's our first wedding anniversary onboard Sky shortly and we've also booked the Crown Grill. My husband has ticked anniversary on the app - did you do anything else to let them know? Thank you in advance. Kind regards Kate
@katecarman3542 Hi Kate. Many thanks for your kind words. The only other thing I did was to advise the people on the desk when we turned up and checked in for our meal. I hope you have a great anniversary and dinner in the Crown Grill. We are back on Sky in late April so will be booking a table again for sure.

@@travelumbrella It's a complete waste of an offering. I know for myself I'd rather have something way different than an over the top dessert like one of these sundaes.
I’m really looking forward to our cruise on Queen Victoria in July. 😫 Having said that, this sounds very similar to our 7 night Holland America New England cruise last year. Poor service in the MDR, untrained staff and uninspiring food. Enjoyed your balanced review
