Remember when a working man could afford to buy a house on their sole wages. Thanks Nigel Lawson for changing the rules around mortgages so the wife, granny and dogs wages could go towards the amount you could borrow. If you could not afford to pay it they ie house builders could not charge the ridiculous prices they do now.
Sadly missed, RIP Leslie you were one of a kind. He looks and sounds a lovely guy….it must be very hard work answering the same questions about the same things on one chat show after another.
Good morning, I'm Karl and I would like first to thank you for all the beautiful videos that you share with us. I have a little request. I'd like to watch the BBC "This is your life" episode 1998 with Chris Chittell. Do you know where I can find it, or maybe you have a copy of it? Thanks a lot for your kind attention, My kindest regards
Reminds me of starting secondary school, running home on a Friday afternoon to go stay at my dad's where I'd do all my weekend's homework before watching a bunch of shite on TV! Ah, the 80's! Great upload! 👍
I actually saw that car in Blackpool 30 years ago. I knew it was a 318I by its number plate, it had been on the road a decade by the time I saw it live as opposed to on my TV screen.
Sister Sway didn’t make it because they ‘cancelled votes from the Manchester area due to “suspicious” voting patterns’, which is code for we seriously don’t know how televoting works.
imagine if someone comes along and drops a tree on your house, destroying it...and the person who did it's just sitting there chilling, eating a chocolate bar.
I never liked Phil Collins voice till I heard his song ^ I wished it would rain down on me ^. That made me fall in love with him and his music. Couldn't imagine my life without his songs..
