Ump does signal obstruction by extending his left arm out, it’s hard to see at first but it’s there, absolutely correct call on the obstruction as the catcher establishes a position and blocks the plate prior to the balls arrival. Ump could’ve helped himself and been more vocal and sold the call a bit and left zero confusion
Very obvious obstruction. Correct call is safe on the obstruction. Umpire is way out of position and should be at point of plate. Not sure what exactly he's doing beyond just standing still. I can understand why the crowd is confused by the no call. There should have been a clear indication that the runner was being awarded home on the obstruction.
Lazy umpire in a bad position but for whatever reason he called safe ... The runner probably was safe due to obstruction... Question is... Is that what he called?
Umpire DID signal obstruction...wasn’t too enthusiastic about it. Didn’t verbalize it very well. It was a good call that should have been emphasized more.

Bad call? Easy obstruction call on the catcher. No question whatsoever. She was 3 feet up the baseline blocking the plate without the ball and was blocking before the ball was thrown. Runner scores on the obstruction.
