Absolutely hilarious, so it can always be overridden. Thats outstanding, i had considered getting a ghost 2, not anymore lol. I have my own security concept that is even more secure, and can NEVER be overridden unless you tear the whole car apart looking for something only the owner can find.
Can it be set if I don't have the old owner code? I was sold a car with gost 1 but no codes! Just registered the sitem and copy of the code card but I don't have the old owners code and the car is driving with out a code at the moment, just key in and fo any speeds for as long it needs but I would like to reactive it as to protect tye car. Thanks!
After hearing about thefts in the U.K., I wondered if a device like yours is available in the US. I'm in Texas and think this is a great idea! Great job implementing.
This video shouldn’t be shown on RU-vid thieves already probably searching for this type of thing. So now they just have to find the bypass and then even more trouble.
This is brilliant mate. The state of London right now, I'd just use the unique code feature so just incase I have a weapon pulled on me, I'm switching the car off and walking off saying "the keys are inside, take the car, I want no problem" then laugh from a distance whilst making a call to the 'Police' 😂
Wow, you own a Urus? Where are you from? I would be happy to come visit you some day and go on a ride with you in that beast. I live in Germany and you don’t see a lot of people with a Urus around here. Many wealthy car enthusiasts here daily drive a Porsche and for comfort or their wife we have a Mercedes G-class. I think I have spotted maybe a max. of 2 Lambo Urus around here. Love your car.
@@monopoly5496bro I live in UAE and supercars here are normal. I’m a student in a university here and there are so many rich kids with G63s, AMGs, Ms and have even spotted a few student-driven Uruses here.
Could a Bluetooth connection be made from long distance? Let’s say I’m in the bedroom and a thief is in the car? My phone can connect to the car from that distance so I’m wondering if it’s the same for the immobiliser
The bluetooth range on this device is adjustable and set so that thew device must be within the vehicle to allow the immobiliser to disarm. So having your phone in your bedroom will not make the system vulnearble.
So there is no traditional code ie: maiden name, favorite colour, etc. It is based on what buttons you press, and how many times you press them? Many thanks
Will a new override code be necessary after it's used once or is that override code applicable for multiple uses on the same instalation for that vehicle?
@@ImmobiliserFit thanks for this - not sure what you call the red thing - not all cars have that - so would you input a new number code if there isnt a red thing on your car steering please ,eg Rav 4
My cars in for service and I don't know sequence to put ghost into service mode only sequence to disable it as I bought my car with it wasn't given any info regarding service mode..
same here. in the paperwork there is a booklet advising which is the service button for my vehicle. spoke to autowatch and they advised the 5 times and then in service mode. and it works!
The pairing process is documented in the Ghost user manual. Please be aware of the range vulnerablity wehen pairing either a phone or tag to the Ghost immobiliser
