This channel is about my love for collecting cool collectibles, action figures and especially 1/6 scale Star Wars and lord of the rings figures from the likes of Hot Toys, Asmus and Sideshow.
Wow this 4-LOM is awesome! That glow in the eyes/head as well looks so cool!! Did you say you picked up the Zuckuss figure as well? Would love to see a vid on him too at some point. I’m really hoping Sideshow do 2.0s of the bounty hunter line when they’ve done with their scum and villainy stuff! Great video mate 🙌🏻
@@TK421Collectibles Yeah I love this figure, it's definitely at a high quality level. Unfortunately not, the Zuckass is mega money on the second hand market, can't justify that but honestly from videos I've seen, it's not very good, I don't think I would buy it either way. Yeah dude, it would be so cool to get a new Bossk, Dengar I can't see being too different, if they did a 2.0 of this figure, I imagine the paint and head material would be the main differences. Great video mate! Enjoyed the side-by-side of SS IG-88 and HT IG-11! SS did a great job overall! Like you say tho bit of a strange lack of weathering detail on the head. Still, the both look great tho. You getting IG-12 when HT release him? Thanks for the shoutout in the description btw! 🙌🏻

Data looks fantastic! Shame about the paint on the hair!! I notice things like that on my figures too because of doing close ups, always spotting seams or scratches that I hadn’t noticed before 😫😅 cool vid mate, thanks for sharing 👊🏻

Tailoring looks great to me, very nice quality. Had no idea this existed - very tempted to track one down! Sorry to hear about the arm on the head, but I guess you can display it without it being noticeable.
@@ode2toy619 This is the timed edition but you can still pre-order the regular version from Mondo. These things tend to go up in price so I would recommend ordering it while it's available if you definitely want one. I agree, I think the tailoring is great! I don't know, I see this figure and I just see failure and frustration but at least I documented it before it goes bye bye. Honestly, because i have figures from various brands, I can kind of see people's trepidation with price but I also think they are worth the price. It's the chewie that's killing me price wise, ordered it anyway but if they release him without C3-PO I will be mad. Got a question for you about that, have they replaced the Deluxe base with a round one now? That's a bit naff if it's the case, I like the stairs.
@@TALON80s Looks like the Bespin stairs base has been dispensed with in favour of the circular base. Slightly disappointing but hopefully we get that stairs base with a new Leia if that ever materialises!!
I think the new Sideshow Scum and Villainy figures are worth it if you are a hardcore OT collector. I am more of a prequel collector so I can’t get them but it’s always nice to have iconic Star Wars aliens in your display

Great film and this figure looks great too!! Interesting you said someone criticised the jacket because when I first saw this figure in your video I was like, that jacket looks really cool! With the fur trim on the collar and the overall tailoring, looks really good! Shame about the issues you had but cool they are sending you out replacements 👍🏻 cheers for the vid mate 🙌🏻

@@TALON80s I think when I get my non-Star Wars collection off the ground it will be very limited - I'm talking one figure per shelf sort of thing. So maybe!
@@TK421Collectibles I know there has to be a Keaton Batman on one of those shelves! I would recommend this one and the Indiana jones, those would be on mine.
@@moldovanuiulian405 it's not real leather but I'm not sure what material it is because it feels a lot thicker and more robust than the pleather I've seen on other figures.
@@TALON80s I’m on the fence w this because I see it for $170 new but that face sculpt kinda gives me old gi joe vibes. Video does do him justice though. I was surprised how good it looks
@@smallvillefan72 oh that sucks, if you buy another exo-6 figure, you might have better luck ordering it directly from exo-6's website. I'm pretty sure Big Bad toys store sell exo-6 also.

This figure is a grail of mine. The head sculpt, the hair pieces, the cards... basically everything. I want to pull the trigger on getting one but am a bit concerned about the pants and jacket aging poorly.
@@Bojjitsu I can definitely see why this is a GRAIL, it was for me too, I was really impressed when I got it. Hmm... that's a really valid concern. I can't tell you if it will age well because I don't know but if it helps, the material is not like the hot toys marvel stuff, it feels way less wrinkly and a bit stretchy. For me, I would also worry about the jacket degrading. Unfortunately no one will know if these things degrade until years in the future.
Wow - I love this guy, fantastic sculpt and detailing - just a shame about the lack of wash running over the arms and gun which I think would really take this figure over the top!

I remember seeing this in an earlier video (collection tour you did or maybe a short (or both!)) and I was amazed then and I still am now!! What a great figure! Captures the character so perfectly! SS did a great job here! Great video, thanks for the 4K look!! 🙌🏻

Always liked Dengar. I missed out on this figure,and it’s overpriced now in the secondary market. Thanks for taking a look on it. It still looks pretty good,even for todays rising standards. Wish we would get more Empire bounty hunters from Hot Toys. But they will be pricey for sure.

Great collection! I also have the Fellowship of the Ring by Asmus.... I have the Slim version of Sam, the first version of Gandalf Crown Series and the first version of Legolas.... Aragorn, Frodo, Boromir and Gimli, the same ones you show in the video... I still don't have Merry and Pippin which are the most difficult to get.
@@juanra3996 You've done well to get that many, it's really hard to get them all. Well I've been told they are probably going to be making the Hobbits again so my advice is to wait and hopefully you can pick up a brand new merry and pippin for a normal price. Thanks for watching and commenting 🙂

I still don’t understand why Hot Toys haven’t tackled the bounty hunters (yet)! But this looks awesome anyway, SS really did good work with a lot of Star Wars figures, this one definitely amongst them. Great to see it in 4K, thanks for the video, I’ve never seen it in detail before 👊🏻
Thanks dude, I think Hot toys are very much a business and honestly they probably see this as a niche product. It's never going to sell as much as figures from Mando just after everyone's watched a series or a main character from a movie on it's 40th anniversary, so I don't think it's a profitable move on their part. When these figures came out there were only 6 star wars movies and no live action TV series and the fans were all still really into the original trilogy, the landscape has changed. I think it's more likely that a passionate independent company will do unlicensed versions and Hot toys will not get around to it. Thanks for watching dude, always appreciated
Honestly the original head looks just as bonkers as the head it copied which was from the original Sideshow Toys Superman figure. Sideshow's second attempt was much better. Also the cape while is attached better on the Sideshow one, it was not much better.
Another major regret that I was unable to get before his price jumped dramatically... still hoping there are unsold cases of this wave that will show up at discount retail. Wouldn't be the first time with Origins

Really glad Im not going hard on the Snake Men, they're really awesome, but there are just so many that it's hard to keep up. I just want to find a reasonably priced King Hiss and then I'll have all the ones that had vintage toys. That'll be fine for me.
Yeah, Im hoping this guy will see a wider release. I just couldn't pull the trigger on the four pack, asking price gelt like too much for what it was, and I'm not a massive fan of the chromed accessories.
Epic collection! Great video - love the die cast weapons and the rooted hair on Gimli and Gandalf's beards! How many LOTR figures do you have from Asmus?

Awesome seeing the gang altogether! Do you think Asmus will keep re-releasing/upgrading the figures over the coming years or will they move on and focus on other things do you reckon? @@TK421Collectibles I definitely think they will keep upgrading, I know of 5 figures they are most likely upgrading soon and they just upgraded Thorin which is mad because the first version is spot on! It was not easy to get the whole fellowship but one thing I'm super proud of was getting them all with fellowship cloaks. Cool figures! Great to have both variants in the collection! The cartoon interpretation looks super-vibrant and gives off nostalgia vibes, can see why you’re more drawn to that one now you have both. I can’t remember but what do the notches scratched into his belt signify?
@@TK421Collectibles I'm actually going to sell the one on the left, limited space so it makes sense to sell that one. Yeah, there's just something that really pops with the cartoon version for me, the more vibrant and colourful, the more I'm drawn to it. Don't know how I missed this vid, but this looks awesome! I love the head sculpt - and the details on the shoes, actual laces - awesome. I was very tempted by the Present Toys T2 Arnold last year but passed, now I'm wondering if I made a mistake.
