I disagree..i have 9.. 2 fogged over after a year.. the older models DC5E will not connect to Dekco app but will to the cloudedge app and new ones DC5L will not connect to the cloudedge but will to the Dekco... So i cannot have them all on the same app as I replace them.. Sucks..

Do you make an animal on commission, it wouldn’t have to be that large, my granddaughter has a purebred Norwegian Forest Cat and I would love to get her a model of her real cat if I could afford it. Hello, i want to know how the camera connect to the router ? I have 4g sim card router and i just order the camera , but in the video they dont say nothing how the camera get wifi i mean connected to the router to get internet and after to the phone from the app

J'ai acheté un kit de 2 et après 3mois met 2 caméra sont tellement brouiller que c'est pas regardable il c'est fait de l umiditer a l'intérieur et sa veut plus partir j'ai des dizaines de caméras et se sont les moins bonne dommage parce que les premiers mois je les adorait il faut vraiment pas qu'ils soit exposé a la pluie

The Cloudedge app has an option that says "lens switch" when you tap it, it says "successful" then it says "The lens is disabled, unable to view stream and record" I can not find any info on what this function does. I'm not really impressed with my "2K" camera, I wonder if there is something wrong.
hi there sorry your having a problem please ask the supplier about your question they will respond .i love my camera that is why i reviewed it .i have caught a few old bods where i live out .plus helped me catch two rats roaming about my garden .
@@thefeltingcritterbarn2299 I called customer service, the guy didn't know what it is either. He said he'd turn the case over to some techs to find out. I was looking into some better cameras that use the Cloud Edge app, because I have four of these Dekco cameras and want any new cameras to be on the same app. I came across a camera that has dual lenses, a wide-angle and a telephoto lens. That's why the cloud edge app has "lens switch". It looks like somebody somewhere down the line could have simply said it's for cameras with dual lenses.

Sounds like you got lucky...i bought one off amazon and after 3 weeks the lens fogged up, support sent me a replacement within 24 hours and always reply which is good but sadly the replacement only lasted two months before we had heavy rains and the lens literally bubbled....they are now sending me a third camera and advising me to put it under a rain shield which makes sense but then again a WATERPROOF and WEATHERPROOF camera shouldn't be getting damaged from rain. Will see how the rain shield goes but when its not fogging up or literally melting its a great camera.
i love mine had it up out side since i made this video and caught a lot of people out lol plus scared them off with the vioce mic .hope you have better luck with the third camera .the suppliers are really nice and will always respond .i would not review anything that was rubbish .as i not doing it for money so my views are honest as i found the items .
yes i realised that when it was to late now yes it is at the back and i perfected my cleaning of it :) Now got rid of the grass and put very fine gauge wire over it works a treat and saves dogs pee every where on my back yard .having a diabetic dogs who pees a lot this help greatly
does anyone know how to turn off the lights? i tried all settings and when it dectetes movement if turn on the lights ....???? if it cant turn off the lights i have to send it back
hi there if you got this off amazon contact the supplier they are really helpful and will reply .you should be able to turn lights off in settings like where the voice sound activate is

gosh the bags are so big they would last ages and i got loads with it .but i only really use mine for draining my dog pee pond it been a god send .i have the best smelling garden around here lol
mine pick every thing up i got it first to get a rat that was in my garden the animal kind and i got it .now i use it for amazon delivery drivers who dump my parcels any where .it works lol
They say it does but what i found was the camera would attempt to track something and either get lost or tracks it fine but then doesn't return to its original position.
Does the camera autorecord on SD card during the day so i can watch it when i need it or you have to watch the camera while rocording because i cant find the solution. My camera only records when im warching it but when i close the app it stops recording 🤔
if you have sd card which i have i placed it in a sd reader on my comp and could watch all the videos .you can also watch slide by slide shots of the video in the motion detection part .

Nice review thanks for sharing. I have a few questions. First, is the connection cord that extends to the outside electrical outlet waterproof? Since I will have to subject the cord to the outdoor elements, I'm just worried how the rain will affect it? Second, is the alarm loud and can you turn it off if you don't require the alarm function? Third, what is the zoom level on this camera? Lastly, how fast does the 128g SD card get filled up on normal use? Thanks again.
hi will well mine is out side and i have never had any problems i think on the box it tell you it weather proof please contact the supplier if you worried they really nice people and will help you re this they are the experts if you got it from amazon the guys there go the extra mile i found.
@The Felting Critter barn the issue is it advertises Tracking and Detection. Detection works. Tracking means it will follow and automatically pan when the subject that Detected motion moves out of view.

Yes you can add as much as you want but I don't like this camera features to be honest because when I set ok motion detection it's alarm every time even there is no motion I do prefer to say you guy don't buy it

Taking out that CARD over a Garden area has got to be a bit of a hazard. A USB port for dumping the CARD would have been a nice touch. I placed the Camera over a garden area, and discovered that I had to turn off the Motion Tracking. Any large leafy plants attracted the Camera, like a moth to a light. The first few days of my SD Card's life had it a collect ton of great Plant pictures .... Only Plants... Yipes. And, cutting down the Large red Topped plant is not an option; she said..
Nicely done video. I have been looking for one, created by a real user, and this helps a lot. Thank you. The manual is a bit 'short' on information; and the Camera's GUI is layered, without a lot of intuitive guidance. I've have to just use the 'push & selection' method; to see what happens next .... not at all very fast. If someone did a 'layer by layer' guide, for first time Camera users, that would e a great help. Application examples of each function would be awesome. I am sure this only makes sense to anyone who has tried to navigate that device.
mine experience was like your self but i did find it very easy to use and i have no knowledge of this sort of thing .but this little kit caught a rat in garden which once i knew where it was coming from i got it killed and it keeps a eye on my fur babies my dogs plus if anyone comes into my yard i scare them by asking what the heck they doing in my garden with the two way system .while staying safe inside .thank you for your comments .
@The Felting Critter barn does it go back to its default position after tracking a subject or will it stay facing the direction where it left off tracking the last subject?
It just doesn’t have zoom on the lower version I bought the 2 pack great cameras and app but wish a had read it had no zoom. I should have spent the extra $30 per camera to get the 4x zoom may upgrade at a later time
Great video 👌 looking to buy a couple as my neighbor's have cats and they have been killing my expensive birds. Just have a question before buying it. Can the night alarm for intruders be switched off? Or does it come as a set thing? Many thanks ✌
Hi there i do not think you can as you have a plug for mains and the other end is where it plugs into camera it has a connector to the camera that is the same size as a phone charger if that helps
