No lie ✋ I starting drinking green (red) shakes with fruit and veggies for my health and we started smelling even better. Pineapple, cherries, strawberries, beets, carrots, bananas, red cabbage, spinach, butternut squash (not at the same time-pick 4 or 5) & powdered bone broth. So it does matter what you eat.
Also Peri(before)Menopause and Menopause our pH balance is all out of whack so these things are good to know - from ages 45 to 60, but some women start even earlier. When you start seeing you are skipping periods or your periods are shorter and lighter you are probably starting perimenopause
