I rolled my void summons rune until I got past 90%

They get the same exp as the player. Level up with rifts, board quest, or potions. There isn’t much benefit from leveling them up past 90.

Magic is better. Phys has bad AI so even with full setup, you’ll do 20-30% less damage because Annabel attacks fewer times per minute.

Thor helps keep enemies together, so airship runs have been a lot easier recently. But there hasn’t been any direct buff to begetter in a while.

I use the same as my last build guide, except with better cards for my damage setup

I have. They’ve been less than willing to fix these.

When homunculus has 0 hp, they won't absorbed the dmg. You know the "health link" skill of begetter, right?

The 15% mpen line on the aeq armor is better than the 20% element damage option. Other than that, fire dmg is almost always better because the amount is so big compared to other stats. Example is fire damage accessories. They’re something like 24% fire damage. The next best option is only 9% mpen which is so so so much less.

Get as much magic reduc as possible. Most of the enemies in gvg are magic.

I posted a vid 2 months ago showing it. I’m still using the same except some more expensive cards.

It lasts a little more than 8 minutes. You do it by equipping high matk% gear, using buffs, and then using “life psychic” to lock in your high matk for 500 seconds (8.3 minutes). After using life psychic, you are free to change equips as long as you don’t re-cast life psychic, change map, or put homunculus into egg. Ymir book lets you change equipment in dungeon easily. Since Ymir book update was added at the same time as begetter’s rework, it appears that devs had the intention of keeping stat snapshot skills (life psychic, sink or swim, elemental balance) in the game as a feature. We won’t have to worry about them removing that feature.
