Hi, you are right, there are many people who suffer from bad reactions from nuts. I will limit the use of peanut oil as a neutral fat source and replace it with some other oil options.
Sorry to hear that you suffer from allergies. Please substitute peanut oil to any oil that works for you best. What about olive oil? There are also olive oils that are not too strong in flavours and maybe a healty option?
