www.ais-salzburg.at/ instagram.com/aissalzburg/ The life of AIS-Salzburg students throughout the course of the school year.
AIS-Salzburg is an international, college-preparatory boarding school for students in grades 7 through 12. Our school is designed to remain small with a student body of around 100 students at full capacity in order to enhance individual guidance and instruction. Our long term teaching faculty work closely with our resident staff to establish a familiar atmosphere where every student feels cared for personally. Located in one of the most beautiful and culturally-rich cities in Western Europe and surrounded by over 65 ski resorts, we are able to provide our students with a wealth of experiences outside of the classroom.
I want to express my immense gratitude for these two unique years at your school. Unique not only in terms of receiving an excellent education, but also receiving a variety of social skills that helped my daughter continue to develop as a person!!!! Milla chose your school back when she was 12 years old after a summer program, and! - dreams come true!!!! It's been almost two months since graduation, but my daughter is still mentally inside the school’s walls and sees people in random passers by who remind her of the teachers and all the staff at your wonderful school!!!! Once again a huge THANK YOU!!! Sincerely Mrs. Irina Shapiro
Mrs Kasberger is such an incredible teacher - she really knows how to engage her students. Her passion for Biology is so apparent - a real blessing to have Jade in her class. Thank you so much.
Es handelt sich nicht um eine internationale College-Vorbereitungs-Internatschule. Die Studierenden kommen aus der ganzen Welt. Der Lehrplan ist ein amerikanischer Lehrplan
Mr Agardy has evidently lived alongside his own wise words of advice, and his contribution to education and beyond the classroom is truly inspiring. My daughters so enjoyed his teaching and guidance. May you enjoy a fruitful retirement Jeff, knowing you have steered so many pupils onto great achievements with fuller lives and fuller hearts than before. Kindest regards, Andrea and Michael
I enjoyed Mr. Agardy's world history classes from 97-00. Crazy to imagine all the generations of students he looked after. Thank you and, as we say in Japan, otsukaresamadeshita!
I was a graduate of Salzburg International Preparatory School (SIPS) - class of 1980. We had our commencement in a similar setting. There were 13 Graduates that year. I still have contact with most of them. Seeing this room with you all brought back memories. We had a string quartet that day in May. I was called up, very nervous, because I hadn’t done well in one of my classes, and I wasn’t certain I would graduate. As I approached the front to receive my diploma, Mr. Rowley reached out his hand to shake mine, smiled, gave a wink, and said “You made it.” You will not forget these moments. They will travel with you.
