To the person reading this comment. May you be in good health and positive mood.......The Best drummer!l Fantastic drummer! I love the sound you make...It's so amazing. Legend..Rest in peace Ronnie ....remembers Chicago, Illinois. 😢
Ronnie Tutt was one of the all-time bass drummers no one was better might be a couple that's equal but not better Ariel's concert he had to play Rock gospel country because Elvis done all genders of music and that goes for the rest of the band The Legendary James burden on lead guitar and of course Jerry Schiff on base who also while he was with Elvis played on the doors last album
Love the snare drum sound on live recordings made around this time. Frampton Comes Alive, Wings Over Amercia, Hollies Live Hits all had great sounding snares.
Hello from England R.I.P Ronnie Tutt I don't mind admitting i cried when i learnt of his death last week. He WAS THE BEST -the 8th WONDER OF THE WORLD. He is now with his TCB band buddies who have gone before and ELVIS. They are now playing on heavens biggest stage James, Glen and Jerry are the "last men standing" and they are in their 80's It makes me think about the time that has passed since the live shows started -50 + years OH MY I was 12 when ELVIS died and have been a FAN ever since. Many people across the world got to see Elvis and the TCB band live and they must have GREAT MEMORIES. Many of them will still only be in their 70's
I have produced over 200 Concerts for ETA Johnny Spence ! Bubba Dean his drummer at that time was the only drummer I had worked with that had Ronnie's chops down ! 6n yrs ago when I started looking for musicians for my Production Shadow Of A King I had the honor to meet & work with Derrick who was drummer for Great White ! He learned how to drum by listen to Ronnie !! his parents were huge Elvis fans !! He has those chops.
I was at this concert 76 !! Ronnie was on fire that night ! one of 2 times I had the honor to meet him, In 77 Elvis hired me & was there on the 16th when he passed ! Miss him so much & as the TCB band leaves us you know our Lord is center front as once again 2001 opens for Elvis !! RIP my friend Ronnie
