Do these blower shown here use VFD soft starts? Or do they use a different motor? I have heard plenty of MCWW dryers that sound borderline silent during startup.
@@chrishoss2513 we use a forklift with a side jib arm to set our sections. I'm new to the industry and any advice is helpful to push my company in a good direction is welcome.
@@Tiersmoke92555 anyway that works is good, we prefer the loader as some of these jobs require off hard surface work. We have since, upgraded to a single are skid steer volvo (JCB) for more lifting capacity than bobcat
And he probably needed to test the car wash to see it if works or not sometimes they have a schedule to test the car wash to see if it’s broken or works and sometimes the day they test it it’s probably raining or snowing or something yeah so it’s not wasting he’s either testing the car wash or he did it for fun
Awesome tunnel! I love the equipment and seems to be it’s all working great. The only thing I would do if I owned that building would install a Protovest 90N Stripper dryer. I’m more of a fan of Protovest since there very good quality dryers and have a better technique of stripping the water off of a car rather than having 4 individual blowers that are useless
Still have the navigator, I’ve found if the bolt that golds the production arm is to lose or the nut bolt combo is seized the arm will swing too much and trip the shut down
Sense back in 2005 at Bright Brigade Car Spa it's replaced the old Sherman System with also Modern Belanger and the name called Whistle Stop Car Spa and then 2016 it's replaced with Belanger and MacNeil equipments.
Very nice. This is the Car Wash that CarWashNews has filmed with the 100% original equipment which can be found here: ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-JyTW8e-dkUQ.html
@@chrishoss2513 Wow Plastic Bearings Bet they cost a hell of a lot less and they are cheaply made. I will be sure to share this with the car wash community. I appreciate the information. What wash did this come from?
Very good video. This wash is a refurbished Vintage 1990’s Belanger Tunnel. I am glad they put new foam on the brushes and kept the HydroTube Arches along with the dryers.
