ngl I've been feeling this for the past couple years, finally started my video diaries taken from my Mom's old camera. Totally agree with about saving and filming the memories and not caring about fame + popularity. A very good way to reflect and document our teeny little lives.
I’m not going to lie, I always thought vlogging was for narcissists that wanted attention but the vlogs I watch nowadays are really people that are just capturing moments, whether they upload them or not, and that is so beautiful
I get this so much I just started consistently uploading after so many years just overthinking I love to show my life even if it’s just for future me to look back at my life and how I was feeling in those moments :))
Gotta say, this gave me a bit of a nudge to continue working on my channel! I'm not very consistent on posting, but what you said here makes sense! Thank you! 🤗✨️
I am really glad that I have found your RU-vid channel and really appreciate the effort that you put the content that you are creating is really authentic and genuine I would like to be like you thank you for inspiring and keep creating great content
Hey Jason, I love watching your videos! What settings are you normally on when you're shooting outdoor handheld? Or do you dial it in manually on every shot? :)
When you're recording at 4K, what cards are you using and how many cards do you bring out a day? It seems like there would be so much footage to deal with once you're back home too. I assume you have a few terabyte drive that you edit off of, and then delete the original footage right after you edit a video?
I use the Sandisk pros and yea lots of storage but I actually keep every single piece of footage. It’s a heavy process but I’ve got a good system going
@@JasonZhao in your opinion, what size cards is best? Biggest possible? For a day of shooting, what are you using and how many? also curious, how are you keeping all of the 4k footage? External drives that you archive after full or a NAS?
@tau_tv I have some big external drives 12tb, I would recommend a 128 or 256 card minimum for 4k10bit, I think it’s more important tho to buy a fast v90 card if your camera needs it for 4k120
Just found your channel today Jason! Just wanted to say you're doing a great job, You have a really comfortable way of speaking and presenting your topics. I'm looking forward to following you onwards :D
Hey ! Thank you for your videos, you really inspires me ! I saw your video about your a6700, and I have a question : do you still film in s-log3 during the night ? How do you manage the noise ? You have to be over exposed to have a good s-log3 video right ?
My struggle is that I literally do nothing in my daily life, everyday is the same, so I don't know how to create interesting content😭 Also, English isn't my first language, so it's pretty nerve wrecking to step over the fear of speaking out loud and making mistakes lol
what's your thoughts on the pocket 3 vs this for vlogging/travelling? obviously a6700 is a beast and has great quality, but I'm thinking of practicality and not dragging attention since the a6700 is much bigger in size
Pocket 3 is an incredible camera. I personally go for the a6700 because I want all the creative freedom of a full manual camera. But for on the go stuff like travel vlogging get the pocket 3
