This is an older video now but my fiancé and I just locked into a 4 bedroom for an awesome price and DR Horton got us an amazing mortgage rate as well, at the Sun Colony! There is no pool in this community. The HOA would include trash pickup. Plantersfield comes with new appliances, including a washer, dryer, refrigerator, oven, and dishwasher.
Thanks, my wife and I are coming down in October to look around, and hopefully make a decision to move. It’s hard to just look online at properties and developments. Wish I could just do it tomorrow. But have to get through the summer first

Looking at a lot on harbor view drive on the intracoastal and curious about if there is any noise from the airport from that location? Do the planes fly over that street when coming into the airport?
It’s a great community! For regarding your question planes do fly over and sometimes you do have military jets which can be pretty loud, but the homes are insulated well so the noise is minimal inside. Feel free to give me a call (630) 337-0224

I have had a lot of clients that were new to the area that have had similar concerns. As your real estate agent I make sure you know every home we look at what flood zone it is in. For this community, it is in Flood Zone X. Flood Zone X is the lowest risk zone for flooding. You would not need to worry about flooding.
