Our Products: - Southern Vodka: a Platinum award-winning vodka that is 6X distilled & 11X filtered. It is made from corn and is gluten-free.
- Southern Bourbon: a 3X Double-Gold winner. It is a smooth, well-rounded flavor with a slightly sweet finish. This bourbon is the perfect daily sipper, with a mash bill of predominantly corn (70%), mixed with rye (21%) and a dash of malted barley (9%). Aged for +4 years and at 95 Proof.
- Southern Rye: a Platinum Award-Winning Rye that features a rich, distinctive taste, drawing its character from the unique toasted French Oak Spiral Finish. This rye is derived from a mash bill high in rye (96%) and aged +4 years.
- Southern Gin: a citrus-forward contemporary gin. It is 10X filtered and 6X distilled in a state-of-the-art column still.
Just picked up a bottle today. Tried it neat for first tasting. The rye is front and center on first sip. Second it's toned down. You start to get all the flavors. Excellent. Drinks way below 115 proof.
Stopped by for a tasting the other weekend. There are some really good things coming out of this distillery. Making plans to get some people together for a tour in the coming weeks. I'm lucky this place is practically in my backyard. Fantastic work 13th Colony! Keep it up
I’ve tried my first sip of 13th colony southern rye whiskey today 9/1/23 thanks to Sean from echoes in eternity, bourbon review & SON ! 😳 👏 🤤😋 IF THIS IS WHAT A RYE WHISKEY 🥃 IS SUPPOSED TO TASTE LIKE I AM NOT INTERESTED IN TASTING ANOTHER RYE ANYTHING POINT BLANK PERIOD, I am going to wait until it gets a little colder to try the southern bourbon whiskey & if it’s anything as great as the southern rye whiskey I can’t wait to loose myself in it, I’m hoping & praying to get my hand on the Double oaked bottle for my collection. 13TH COLONY KEEP UP THE GREAT WORK 🥃!
