Most of the time they are hungry and these animals are unable to think clearly to avoid traffic when they are hungry! This is one of the things that stops the blessing of God on a country! I am not sure why Barbadian parents are allowing this to happen to our future. Parents should be at the schools daily until changes happen. Parents should go to the MoE to protest. She could not have done this in Canada where she was in post previously. The Canadians would never accept this mediocrity, but yet our Barbadian boys and girls are being asked to accept mediocrity.
