My air conditioner has the blower on and the thermostat won't turn it off. To turn it off I have to turn off the breaker. And the heater is blowing hot air and to turn it off I have to remove the Furnace fuse because the thermostat won't turn it off either. I did the blinking lights test on the heater board and it says it's an internal problem.
This sales effort deserves better. A competent camera person, a well edited and rehearsed script, precise and focused examples of assembly, and last but not least a better and smoother voice.

Is it necessary to run the yellow romex near the power center for grounding or was that just for convenience? Could the yellow romex be routed to a breaker box located in an area under the bed (inside the basement) and avoid removing the wall panel, routing under the shower, into the kitchen, etc?

@@hmguy It is where the Tech that installed it said he was going to put it. I just let him do it the way he thought worked best. Plus it is easy to get too. Really wouldn't want it under the bed with all the stuff we put under there, I leave the cabinet door open during the hot days to allow it to stay cool.
They also changed the slideout mechanism from being a Schwintek slide (which has a lot of reported issues online) to now be Lippert SLIMRACK slide-out system. I am unclear if this is going to be better or not. The notice the toothed-belt on the Lippert system is made of plastic which I find highly suspect in a large heavy slide. Waiting to hear how the new system is doing in the field.
I love the rear door! And the little door near bathroom floor! I’d add a screen to it for a #2. Lol I’d also add a clip to hold the long shower hose against the wall. ❤😃
Tell that to people who live out of them.... LOL You would be surprised at how many people live out of small RV's. I knew a couple who lived out of a pop-up for two years. Not Stupid. There are some people out there that can’t tow anything bigger or heavier. What you may like is different than what someone else may like. I have several customers that love this, as well as others that purchased one even smaller than this one. This is America and you have the option of getting the one that fits your wants & needs. There is a 2,000 watt inverter, however that will not run much. Unfortunately, with these motor homes there is not alot of carrying capacity and with that they are limited. I know of outfitters that can make it happen, however, one thing they don't understand is weights and you will be overloaded before you put anything in it.

Will Tiffin use the new 4500 Mercedes chassis to help with the ccc. Saw another Ytube with a Mercedes B plus with a 2000 ccc. They were using the 4500 chassis. I think Airstream is starting to use the 4500. I do feel the Tiffin is one of the nicest moterhome in this class unit but the low ccc does need to be corrected.
Thanks for the great question and for watching. I had that conversation with them while at the plant. Their reluctance is with the tow rating being less and the additional cost. I think as more people demand it then it will happen. Yes Airstream has the 4500 Chassis for their Atlas which has around 1,850 lbs. for Payload. GVWR/GCWR 12,125 lbs. / 15,250 for the Atlas. Also, these are Class C's as they are built on a Cutaway Chassis. Stat Surveys which shows how many are made by Manufacturers and shipped they fall in the Class C category, when registered by new owner they are a Class C. I think that It really confuses people when these companies say B+ as there is no such thing. Happy Camping.
Sorry you missed it. Tim Maxwell explained that (starting at the 15:10 minute mark) the Trade Winds new features and new model and around the 17 minute mark that they discontinued the 19 Bambi, The REI is in its last year, Pottery Barn is in its last year.
Sorry you feel this way. Title does say Why Airstream and what new for 2025. Only color interior change mentioned was in the Trade Winds. I’ll have to see about getting a more detailed video only for the Changes for 2025
Just heard alot of airstreams have the wrong plumbing connections on your plumbing lines. Not all but some. Not just airstream but all RV's. Only negative thing I have heard about an Airstream which considering how high end you are Was suprised.
I like it. This would be perfect when i do track days and I can just camp on the track. However, Im not too sure about that pop out bed. I dont feel too secure with that thing. Either it can potentially fall or someone can easily stab me from the outside 😅
Using the AUTO settings will reduce the dehumidification effect of the air conditioner. Also, HI does better than LO to dehumidify, but the two cool equally well.
Thanks for watt.. In speaking with several highly qualified A/C Tech, each one said the same thing. The slower the air moves over the coils that more moisture will be removed from your RV vs having it on high. During the day I run it on Low and at night when it is less humid I run it on high. I am living out of our camper and can tell you in my experience what they say is true. I feel the difference in it being less humid while on low vs high. So it feels cooler than it really is.
@@TheAirForceGuy Thanks for the reply. I have to defer to experts on this, but it's surprising. I think the slower speed would remove more moisture due to increased dwell time, but would be exactly offset by less air volume passing through per unit time. But one factor I had not considered, which could argue for using low speed is that this would allow the evaporator to reach a colder temperature, would could increase the efficiency of the dehumidification, and tilt the scales in that direction. In any case, I always run mine on LO simply because the noise level is less, so if this really does dehumidify better, I am fortunate to be mistaken.
Paul, that is one stunning coach both inside and out. Excellent floorplan and quality fit and finish. Decor is outstanding. I’m almost afraid to ask but with the addition of the auto leveling system what is the cargo carrying capacity of this unit?
As with all of these Class C’s on the Mercedes Sprinter 3500 Chassis the payload is not much. 750 lbs. for this one. Tiffin is around the same. But these guys figure in fuel & Lp in the weights. There are others that have up to 1,100 lbs. but I am not sure if the already subtracted for the fuel & Lp. Airstream build in the 4500 Chassis and fit the Atlas they have a 1,850 lb payload.
That is correct for you vehicle. Some smaller vehicles do not have the extra rating for W/D and are maxed out at 350 lbs. or 500 lbs. Thanks for watching.
