We created our first channel to help people who are planning for Canada PR (Permanent Residency) or are already in Canada. We moved to Canada in April 2018 after getting Canada PR. In the process of getting the PR (Permanent Residency), we had so many learnings by doing lots of mistakes. We would like to share those best practices with everyone so that you can save time and effort while acquiring Canada PR. We upload engaging videos for the relevant audience on how life in Canada is, how to move to Canada, Canada lifestyle and how anyone can settle down quickly. This is our second channel to show you life in Canada via our Hindi vlogs. We love traveling so so it will be fun to share our experience with all of you via our Hindi and Punjabi vlogs. This channel is inspired by Flying Beast, MSK Vlogs, Mo Vlogs and Mumbaikar Nikhil. So, subscribe to the channel and be part of our family. Cheers! Canada Couple
@@CanadaCoupleVlogs one request if you come to Saskatoon pls conduct a meet up, we came here seeing your vlogs, we want to meet you in person❤️🤍🫶🏻 Also, wow what a rent for a beautiful condo and amenities in 1800, here people are spreading rumours that Ontario rents are 3k. Here we are moving next week in an apartment, it’s rent is 1848 exclusive of parking Internet and electricity and it’s not in downtown area, when we saw rents on Internet from India the rents were showing 900-1300 max, but after coming here reality is totally different.
Majority people's in india, kon gaya kon aya don't care anyone. Saale tum log RU-vid ke content, paise ke chakkar mein kuch bhi video kar ke dalte hoh. 😝 Faltu time RU-vid meh waste mat karo American Indian's dekh ke desh ka naam roshan karo.
Fair analysis for this case but I would say that this is all banking on the fact that your property was $270k at the start. Not much growth these in such an economy, making most new purchases not worthwhile.
IMF predicted Canda's GDP growth just 1.2 % and for FY25 less than 2%. Unemployment rate 6.7% which is also fudged numbers because they are not calculating fake LMIA's around 68k issued this year. If people didn't have jobs, their purchasing power will be reduced. I know students from princeton also applying for lower level banking job 's and they not getting it that also. Canada 70% exports is oil or gas, and in future it will stop because of global carbon norms and shift to renewables. Canada not producing anything that world needs. It's a lost decade, many economist predicted it. Rental properties prices are inflated, compare to US where per capita income is more. If your economy is not growing and inflation is more than growth how long these prices can sustain. Every second person is realtor in Canada. People should buy S&P 500 last 5 yrs it doubled.. and no tesion or stress and canadians also moving to US, because govt now thinking about capital gain tax on permanent residence also... 😊
Totally agreed! Everyone in Canada is a realtor and over-leveraged. LOL! And with mass migration from places like the Middle East & Punjab, good luck with maintaining high property prices. One major draw to Canada was that you get to live amongst white or generational Canadians and experience their culture and way of living, but that is quickly changing. When your neighborhood starts resembling Punjab, then the allure quickly dies. Classic examples are places like Brampton and Surrey, which have turned into ethnic ghettos. Unless you are a Punjabi, you really have no desire to move to such enclaves and buy a house. Even some Punjabi don't want to move there. LOL! If you are looking for such experiences (Punjabi), better to change states within India itself instead of spending tons of money to move to Canada. And, yes, learn Punjabi, not French or English to fit in. LOL!
When calculating capital gains, it's important to consider the various expenses involved beyond just the sale price. These include closing costs, realtor fees, and other related expenses, which can significantly impact the net gain.
Very informative video, thanks! My question is if the cash flow is neutral or net positive, why would someone want to rent it (except for non PR/citizens) and not buy it themselves? Is it easy to find tenants there? Also, given the situation of LTB, do you think it is safe to buy a rental condo?
@@CanadaCoupleVlogs Sure, it is good for first time home buyers. I meant why would a renter want to rent it when they can buy it themselves (unless they are new to the country)?
Bhai, koi opportunity ho to bataw. We want to move to canada. Tried going through pnp but cash salaries are not acceptable hence ineligible. We have funds n everything to be a active member of canada. Please do share
Despite all the financial struggles i and my family faced, everything is finally falling into place! $47,000 weekly profit and riches I'll always praise the Lord!!!
0:01 It is the digital market. That's been the secret to this wealth transfer. A lot of folks in the US and abroad are getting so much from it, God has been good to my household Thank you Jesus
YES!!! That's exactly her name (Elizabeth Ann Larson) so many people have recommended highly about her and am just starting with her 😊 from Brisbane Australia🇦🇺
Why leave Delhi if you want Delhi everywhere? Food, culture, environment changes as we move places.. Respecting the place we move in is very important. Bengaluru's street food is liked my many.
If it is emergency then better to shell out from pocket and get treated quickly. Agar jaan hai to jahaan hai… paise to wapas se kama sakte hai par jaan wapas nahi aa sakti hai
It’s free in India also , if you have insurance. Either your company provide you insurance or you can purchase your own insurance. 4K is not a big amt. healthcare in Canada is not great.
