No, granted i also hated the way they tried to fix it at the time. if i remember correctly Instead of making the hitbox smaller and have a rule where if it hit an innanimate object before the target the hook cancles and resets the cool down like you never used it. Instead, you hook someone it connect but because of momentum they slide behind cover or is falling into an area breaking line of sight so the hook break and now you gotta wait for the cool down which was clunky at best and bs at worse😂
