Anyone in the UK by 2022 who has not been vaccinated should be refused NHS treatment point blank unless there is a medical reason for not being vaccinated.
I really think you need to be giving people some more information. If someone is unconscious, bleeding heavily, fitting or there is any other life threatening issue they really need to be calling 999. I think it's quite irresponsible to be saying that anyone who thinks about calling 999 should call 111 instead because that really is not the case.
I think what is most frustrating where car parking is concerned is the volume of contractors taking up spaces. Me and my fiancé had a particular issue the other month when going to a scan appointment, where a contractor tried to stand in front of a space where we were trying to park. It was a good job that security was there to help, because this man was extremely rude and aggressive. Waiting for the van driver to get to the space so he could park, even though we were there waiting and we had an appointment for our scan! That is definitely something that needs looking into, moving contractors along so patients can park!
