The APC is near impossible to get as you cant throw someone out of it. You need to survive 20 or more minutes on a 6-star wanted level to even SEE one. to obtain one you need to do about 5 different long sidequests. (Kill 50 Pigeons around Liberty City without using whattheydonotwantyoutoknow, Kill the 20 subjects without using a gun cheat, Base Jump off of all buildings high enough to without using the Parachute cheat, AND fly a helicopter under all bridges with a 4+ wanted level)
