I can't log in to my gcash account. I forgot my password. I can't provide 1, 2, 6, information. My account is still not verified. TNT user here. Does anyone have this situation like me?
Me after 24 h not fully verified should be today what is the reason is day off Sunday for G cash or need to wait 7 days more then will be fully verified

@@mjarcilla2046 Open your Gcash app, then may makikita kang 2 arrows beside your mobile number, i-click mo yun para ma-switch account. Pero, make sure kung i-click mo yun dapat mag-create ka na agad ng new Gcash account para di ka mahihirapan makabalik sa iyong old Gcash account. Anyway, dapat different number naman talaga ang gagamitin para maka-create ng new Gcash account.
