Mountain Motor Speedway has some great races and they have had a lot of legends race there. I preferred going right up the road to Lucky 7 and watching the racing there a lot better tho. MMS for a long time only had that 1 groove and you didn’t see a lot of passing in the late model races. Whoever qualifies fastest usually wins.
Jonathon Taylor here. This is a awesome video from the holler at Windy Hollow Speedway this my home track number 1 followed by Nebo Western Kentucky Speedway and Benton Speedway. I have friends that are local racers that race they are Jason Neal, Jason Sallee, Chris Anderson, Tim Nash, Chris Hall, Bill Moorman and Chad Boone.
Oh, I know. Thats the reason it was posted so late. The auto in the race before it was much better and then blahhhh for this feature. Not sure what happen, I could not go see what happen as you can hear and seen exactly when I heard it go bad. At the end of the night, we found a bad wire cut it in half and threw it away.
Jonathon Taylor here. Da man of street stocks is Tyler nicely. It's awesome seein street stocks as Monte Carlos and Camaros. My dream racers is a Monte Carlo with camo and hunter orange numbers and a Chevy cavalier as my Redneck bumblebee with camo and hunter orange numbers. I'd b racin at Nebo Western Kentucky speedway in Madisonville KY, Windy Hollow Speedway in Owensboro Kentucky and at Benton speedway in Benton Missouri. My car number is 3:16. I'm originally from Calhoun KY but know I live in Charleston Missouri. I support Western Kentucky Speedway, Windy Hollow Speedway and Benton Speedway. I support 10 drivers my drivers are 1. Jason Neal 2. Jason Sallee. 3.Chris Anderson. 4.Tim And Chase Nash. 5. Chris Hall. 6. Curtis Lee Stallings. 8. Allen Stallings. 9. Bill Moorman 10. Chad Boone. I absolutely support dirt racin more than NASCAR my original favorites in NASCAR don't race in NASCAR and it's not the same without them in the sport I'm talking about Dale Jr and Tony Stewart. My future sponsor on my cars is Bass pro shops. I'm a Wild-eyed Southern Redneck Racer.
This was worth watching more than a regular NASCAR Cup Series race. The coverage was pretty good and I actually got excited from the competition between the #14 and #5 car. I love it.
To late to do anything about it now, but if I were given a choice between listening to the announcer or the roar of the race cars, I'll pick the cars every time. A lot of RU-vidrs are tapped into the tracks P.A. and it results in watching a pack of noiseless Prius's.
Go ahead and give you a heads up, I add the announcer in all of my videos. More people than 1 like to hear the race called, there drivers name, than don't. Thats why more and more youtubers add the announcer, fans want to hear it. So be ready the Announcer will be in all my videos. I like having it in there as well.
@@FlipperFord13 No one has ever went to a dirt track and complained they couldn't hear the track announcer over the cars. But hey, you do you and good luck.
@@tanker335 It happens all the time, ask your local announcer if fans complain to him/her. You will be enlightened. You even point out a lot of youtubers are adding the PA to their videos, why do you think that is. Its preference, you don't want to hear the announcer that's your preference, others preference is to hear the announcer. My preference also is to hear the announcer. So, I was letting you know in advance my videos will have announcer commentary in them. My preference.
@dalton5903 The only reason I was watching is because a buddy of mine who races both dirt and asphalt has been trying to talk me into setting my Mod Lite up for dirt and trying it out,but I'm just not interested, not to mention the dirt tracks where I live (Alabama) are not big enough for the speed I get on my states Asphalt tracks. (Montgomery & Huntsville)
I've been waiting for 3 days for a chance to relax and watch this video. One minor complaint. I'd rather hear the race cars as opposed to the track announcer. That roar is what hooked me 50 years ago. That said, thanks for posting your videos. I really enjoy seeing tracks I didn't know about. Keep up the good work!
glad you enjoyed the video, but as stated on another post you made saying the same thing, almost ALL of my videos will have the Announcer on them. I prefer it and so do other fans who watch, want and like hearing the announcer in my videos. Thanks again for watching. Most of my videos after 2005 have announcer, unless I could not plug in.
I'm always a bit surprised when I see a track that doesn't mandate window nets. They're probably the most cost effective safety measure you can put on a race car and they work as intended.
I am always surprised when a driver doesn't run one, there not expensive and protect your head and arms. Drivers should be protecting them self's every way they can, period. Tracks are not your moms.
