The biggest mistake I ever made was to fly business class as it became impossible to go back to cattle-class. I found flying from Brisbane to the UK was good with China Southern BNE to Guangzhou (staying in a similar time zone) and then overnight in a hotel at the airport and then after breakfast flying to London arriving about 15.15 in the afternoon. Business Class on China Southern is the same as in this video. My only other suggestion is never fly QANTAS.
