American Firehouse Cuisine-FDNY Firefighter and Chef Joseph T. Bonanno cooks hearty and delicious "firehouse tested" meals from his two best selling cookbooks. The set is a replica of a nostalgic New York City Firehouse and guests enter the show via a real brass fire pole. Guests are from all areas including of course, firefighters as well as chefs, cookbook authors, restaurateurs, foodies and celebrities. www.americanfirehousecuisine.com.

Hello, You joined on RU-vid maybe on Jun 4, 2023. Whatever, If I do not make mistakes, I saw that you did try to grow your channel subscribers day by day. But your channel growth is very bad. your channel video views and subscribers do not increase and your channel is far behind your channel competitors. because your channel has major issues I can see research it. So, if you want to grow your channel day by day, and monetize channel then I can help you.

I substituted 1.5 loaves of raisin bread for white bread and I didn't use the raspberry liquor, my grandmother used raisin bread, I never made it before, but it came out excellent. thanks for sharing. I;m a retired fireman, 28 years active, 23 years retired from Tampa FD. Have a safe holiday season Brother!

I was never a fan of bread pudding, but I had the pleasure of working side-by-side with Chef Joe at our annual Firefighters Behavioral Health Alliance Retreat were we baked this dish together. Words cannot not express how delicious this recipe is! This is a MUST to serve your families and friends. As a non-drinker myself, Chef Joe is right when he speaks about the liquor cooking off and just leaving the flavor of the raspberry liqueur behind. Congratulations, Joe!

Bobby Bonanno (Joe's brother) : Some of you might not know that I come from a family of Fireman. My father and two brothers. The others in my family were Hairdressers. I could not envision myself climbing ladders into burning buildings so a hairdresser I became. Everyone has a 911 story as it was a defining moment in history. We all watched our TVs in horror as the planes hit the buildings. My older brother Joe (on left) was there downtown. He had retired and was promoting his cookbook “The Healthy Firehouse Cookbook and Firehouse Grilling Cookbook.” That day it took him back downtown to his old firehouse. He was leaving as the call came in for a fire at World trade. He wished them well and would never see any of them again as they rode to their death to save others. As he left the city, he heard what had happened. He turned his car around and went back. Never did it occur to him that if he was lost there would be no accounting for him as he was not an official Fireman anymore. However, you might leave the job, but it never leaves you. The next day he went back bringing my brother Michael (on right) a Fireman out on disability with him. They asked me also and at that point I could have just walked in with them as part of the crew. I knew I was not trained to see what I might see and declined. It is a regret I live with. They went back day after day like many finding no one. The damage from that day did have an effect which we would find out years later with the suicide of my brother Michael. I went to the 911 museum and found out the decision I had made was the right one. There was the fire truck that my brother said goodbye to. Smashed in at the roof. The one he almost hopped on for one more ride. All its fireman lost. Hearing and seeing the aftermath was something I know I could never have handled. My brothers did. I might have ended up a hairdresser, but on this day and every day I could not be any prouder to come from a family of Fireman…

Joe, God bless you my friend. While these days are trying, friendship and love are what gets us through. May your road ahead be filled with love and memories of those lost.

I checked out your RU-vid channel recently and found its aesthetics really appealing. However, I noticed a few issues during my exploration that need attention. One area that caught my attention is the SEO aspect, particularly the lack of optimized tags and tag volume. It seems like these elements haven't been properly addressed. There might be other concerns as well that require your attention.

I absolutely enjoyed every minute of this! My husband is a FF, my GF was a FF back in the days when they had regular coats vs bunker gear, no air tanks, rode of the back of the trucks! Your artwork is phenomenal! Your studio is AMAZING, how you re created / incorporated equipment/ and the Pole Hole for even those who are “ pole hole challenged 😂😂” The stuffed guy with newspaper on head … so classic spoofing and ELABORATE pranking “ back in the day” rotary phone .. I am very blessed to know many First Responders from 9/11, my personal HEROS, now you are added to the list! Sooo brave… I can’t wait to share this with various contacts in our area FD, or with others in Culinary, and hopefully get more exposure and funds for your efforts to help those affected by suicide, as well as their families. Great job, hope to see alot more! Congratulations on your sucess!🔥🧯🚒
