Jak 3 is by no means a bad game, but considering that the two games preceeding it are both masterpieces, it doesn't live up to the hype honestly. The game is overstuffed with too many different game modes (much like Sly 3) and the story breaks the perfect time loop the second game established. It was totally unnecessary
Depends on what you like really. I prefer great game mechanics over story, which is why I preferred Jak 3 over Jak 2. Jak 2 has a better story and is more iconic. Which is why to me, it's a close second, despite being more biased/connected towards Jak 2, as it was one of the first, if not THE first Ps2 game I have ever played.
@@Kamurjan I am an absolute platformer fan: 1) MGS 2 2) Elden Ring 3) Sly 2 4) Psychonauts 5) Fear & Hunger 6) Dark Souls 3 7) Jak II 8)Klonoa: Door to Phantomile 9) Doom II (Extermination Day+PB) 10) Celeste Do you also have a top 10?

Ehm.. Silent Hill Resident Evil Final Fantasy X -I love Killzone - but as far as "Playstation exclusive" titles, I'd have to dig a LOT deeper before I get to Killzone. -Food for thought. Or maybe that's actually thought; for food..
Killzone Mercenary was the only reason I needed to buy a PlayStation Vita. If Killzone got a new entry, thats the only reason I'd need to buy a PS5. Still waiting for a reason.

I have to disagree. Although Wolfenstein is a bit older, it did not get "canceled" although having legit nazis in the game. You literally see Wolfenstein Hitler killing a dude he thinks is a jew lol.
@@Kamurjan thats because on an industry scale, wolfenstien is THE 'nazi killing fantasy' game, and in todays current climate, its more commonly accepted to be a 'nazi killer' than actually picking to BE on the helghast side if you catch my drift. besides, wolfenstein with the daughters has been how many years now on the market? how many other nazi games since then? very few if any at all. the fact helghast sends a relatable message that people can get behind is what threatens the DEI industry narrative. theyd never want the helghast shown in any good light, which is the difference between wolfenstein as well, that those nazis are straight evil 100% of the time. theres alot to it honestly to talk about.
And you will seek Me and find Me when you search for Me with all your heart. -Jeremiah 29:13 “For God so loved the world, that He gave His only Son, so that everyone who believes in Him will not perish, but have eternal life. -John 3:16 Repent therefore, and turn back, that your sins may be blotted out. -Acts 3:19 If you are in North America, please go check out any of the churches available to you: PCA, OPC, Rpcna, Urcna, or a Canrc church (These are conservative and actual Reformed/Presbyterian churches) If you’re Scottish, I recommend the Free Church of Scotland and the APC (Different from the Church of Scotland) If you’re English I recommend the Evangelical Presbyterian Church in England & Wales and the Free Church of England (Different from the Church of England) Also online you can look up church finders for each of the groups, it will show you locations And let us consider how to stir up one another to love and good works, not neglecting to meet together, as is the habit of some, but encouraging one another, and all the more as you see the Day drawing near. -Hebrews 10:24-25
As a german, its kind of sad to my language to be kind of made fun of, i get that these are nazis, which are bad and shit but the impression of your goofy german wasnt neccessary.

Those look interesting. VR is definitely a really crazy experience. It’s pretty crazy how even though most of the games have pretend graphics they feel so much more immersive than a AAA game with super advanced graphics. From what I’ve heard PSVR2 hasn’t been very successful and Sony shutdown/downsized some of their VR studios. What they should do is try to port a bunch of PSVR1 games to PS5, make the thing compatible with PC, and work with Valve (bring Steam games like HL Alyx to console, and PSVR games to PC since now they’re releasing their stuff on pc because it makes them more money). Then the thing would be a lot more successful, and more people would be tempted to get into VR. Also, if the PS5 was backwards compatible with previous generations of PlayStation games I’d buy one yesterday. They should also make MCC (Master Chief Collection) style remastered collections/enhanced ports bundled together of their older games to PS5/Steam. That way they’d be able to see if there’s demand for their older IPs, more people could play them, and they’d be preserved/made more accessible. If they also had stuff like crossplay for the games with multiplayer components it would allow players from console and PC to play together, and that will create a feedback loop where more people will want to try the games out with their friends.
What I meant to say was they’d work with Valve and other companies to bring various games on Steam to PSVR2 as ports. That way there would be a much bigger incentive to buy the thing. It would benefit the companies and the consumers if those games could be in more platforms.
Very good video. Well informed. Funny and I like the waveform when talking. *sigh* I myself am trying to do RU-vid. Keep up the good work man. I liked the video also.
thanks! I check out ur vid. You could tune down the music a bit since its difficult to understand you at some points in the vid. And definitely build in some suspense and jokes to keep people watching :)
I only played one game of Killzone and it's the most recent one (shame I know), and I was HOOKED. The story was incredible and the graphics (at the time they were amazing), gameplay and mechanics. I really hope in a new game soon enough, I swear on my life I'll dress in a suit and tie just to go and buy it
@@Kamurjan Yeah it's really cool, I thought it was just like the Japanese version, but then this frend that bought that version showed me that he can actually kill citizen in that version The disabled facial hair it's a cultural thing as far as I understood, just it seems they just do not really like facial hair, you can still activate them in the Secrets menu still It also seems that Korea also got Jak 3 (Japan didn't) I wonder if that has differences too.
@RedFlameFox thats very interesting. Thanks for sharing! I wonder if there is still an unknown version floating around there somewhere, that is waiting to be discovered.
@RedFlameFox Who knows, maybe there's even an unsurfaced tester kit version or something. Also is the version difference on disc only or also on digital?

It is Extremely disappointing that Rockstar's ethics when creating groundbreaking video games doesn't at all compare to their ethics when trying to make a quick buck.
I guess money is sometimes more important than one's principles/integrity. It's not like Rockstar is struggling for money either. Pure good old greed !
They had one simple thing to do, to make kill zone super good bud they f it up. I told them make kz3 like battlefield with the mechs and fiew new awsome vehecles they even had the jetpack bud nooo they killed the game rip
Despite my history of playing Nintendo 8-bit and all the way to Nintendo 64, and many other consoles, the only game that I felt a strong connection with and spent countless hours playing was Killzone 3 for the PS3. I was addicted to it from the moment I bought it and played it more than any other game until new games came out that I had to eventually sell. I was even offered the opportunity to join clans, but I declined due to my work schedule. When the PS4 was released, I immediately sold my PS3 and bought Killzone Shadow Fall solely for its multiplayer mode. Although the campaign was disappointing, I truly enjoyed the multiplayer mode and would play it for hundreds of hours, having a blast with other players especially when they know what they're doing, lol. It truly was a shame that the Gerilla studio shut down the franchise.
