I have to disagree. Hall effect Gamesir is waaay better than those.. t have elite 2 and gamesir G7 se. I always go back for gamesir G7 se for FPS games.
Don't get one, just got one n have taken care of it for one day, my left stick already broke and already upset, left stick does not re-enter after pushing it any direction
Horrible video. Can’t even see parts of it because the camera is not in the correct spot. And he videoed it and figure it out as he went along. Instead of know how to do it prior to making the video…
Well considering this was done years ago and the title, description, and pinned tell you to go to the updated video you'd think that would be enough...guess not?
Massive upgrade over the old video, nice to hear the game and what you have to say instead of stock music blasting in my ears LOL. In all seriousness, very cool vid regardless. A movie theatre my parents used to take me to when I was little had one and playing with my dad directly after seeing transformers with him in 2007 is a vivid cherished memory of mine. Despite the game being already old at that point I was really impressed with how good it felt to play and how much it looks and sounds like the show. Takes me back man.
The only thing i dont like about my elite 2 is that for some reason about 5-6 months in i noticed that for some reason anytime i press the bumpers i had to punch it for it to detect the motion
That particular half price-book never has anything game wise. Since I am from the area, shoulda asked me where to go. One recommendation isn't too far from the IX Center: Video Game Connection. It's a smaller store but CHOCK-Full of goodness, and several others. The Exchange in Elyria (about 15 miles away from North Olmsted) is a flagship store. It's in a former Buybacks that was a Pier1. It's HUMONGOUS! Lindsay is from Sandusky so she knows most of the cool spots too. Commenting before the end of the video here.
@GAMECLOSET Same. I have good luck at that Exchange and the Cleveland Heights location. I do go to Mike's store quite a bit as well. One of his former employees opened a store on the east side called Video Game Nirvana, which is my go-to.
@@EdsHead I love the Cleveland Heights store too, as well as the Kent store. I miss the Parma store a lot. Video Game Nirvana- I will check it out. Mike took me downstairs many years ago at his store. His collection is down there. Had a whole wall of NES and at that time in the early 2000s that blew my mind.
That’s my local half price books and the exchange. The exchange can be a ripoff if you don’t know your prices. That Martian panic was traded in by me as well lol!
Good pickups from everyone! The Exchange is a decent chain, though pricing can be hit or miss. There's actually an Exchange within walking distance from my house and it's always fun to hang out at when I'm bored. Better then driving to Meh-DINE-ah. 😅
Of course a Michigander (not the band) doesn't know how to pronounce "Medina". 😂 Seriously, I'm glad you got to go hunting for games and find some you needed. Too bad the really good independent game stores were either closed for the day or too far away for you. I prefer the independent games stores but I have found some decent stuff at the Exchange as well, including the stores you went to.
I'm from CA home slice. The dozens of Hispanic people I know with the last name would beg to differ haha. I prefer mom and shops as well but since we were just at the con...
@GameDadShow Alright, I'll give you that. Speaking of Cleveland, the Guardians(Indians at the time) had a player in the late 1980s named Luis Medina. Of course, everyone here in NE Ohio pronounced his name wrong. 🙄
Great recap video! CGC is quickly becoming one of my favorite conventions. There's so much to see and do, you almost need more time! Can't wait until next year. My mission will be to play all the games in the free play area... Because, why not?
Great vid man, congratulations. I'm pretty sure that you have reversed Batman games. Arkham City on WiiU is the definitive edition of the game. Gamepad features overshadowed all the other platforms. Origins sucked hard.
That's awesome I've been looking for a no cut mod for the SNES for awhile now. I'm surprised there's no other retro gaming 3D printers that have made this. Even searching on RU-vid, all the videos show people cutting the tabs off.
I like the Elite 2 better, specifically the Xbox Design Lab version. Beyond it being fully customizable in Design Lab, the rechargeable battery lasts a freaking eternity compared the Play & Charge Kit battery in an Elite 1. The paddles also feel much tighter on the Elite 2, which I prefer.
If i managed to successfully complete an update/restoration like this it'd be a problem - I'd think I'd be able to do anything! Fly like Superman, do complicated surgeries, pull off bank heists...
