Most of companies don’t provide experience letter until you resign from the job, so if current employer doesn’t provide experience letter then what would we reply to interview officer.

From 1 consultancy, I appli3d for H1B with $10 and i got selected in the 2nd round on Aug 2024. Now they are asking for 6 lacs rs for 3 year visa and 1 year contract with them Also they are telling that this 6 lacs money will be refunded once you get the job in US also they will assist for getting job.
