Good video. However if you leave out the phrase “go ahead and” your script will flow better and it will not lose a scrap of meaning. Also a short silence sounds better than um or ar.
I have been waiting for your tutorials on Maschine! There is so many features on Maschine that a lot of users really don’t know that it is available in this music program. Thank you for making it easy . Please keep them coming. Can you make one that goes over mixing and mastering within Maschine. Thanks in advance. 😊
Wtf is this crap ? So much surgery your mix is gonna look like frankenstein ! This is OCD-inducing EQ curves god damnit 😷🤕🤒🤧🥵🥶 Guys don't do that, learn how to use your synths correctly instead, learn how to record correctly etc... Surgical EQ-ing should only be used rarely if never, or on pre-recorded mixes or masters where you can't go back and have to use this forbidden technique 😫
Is ableton really that poor? lol... how can people use it that much? Isnt made to create muasic, thats why misses in many parts to be a suppsed daw... btw thats not make it stereo to mono, if thats what ableton does so you all should change software...
Listen to Brian Eno's "Taking Tiger Mountain" (1972). I think you'll find that MANY have taken from the music of that revolutionary album (at the time) and made millions from the appropriation of Brian Eno's brilliance...

I'm using Melodyne 5.2 within a DAW. The interface is a little bit different from your version. But those 3 knobs including Pitch on the top right corner of your Melodyne window is completely missing in version 5.2 . I'm a novice user, have learned a lot lately, and while looking for creative ways to use it, I stopped on your video. It's a very interesting technique, but due to version difference I cannot reproduce it. I'd be thankful for a hint. Cheers!
Hi - Thanks for the video! I did some research and found out that Dabeull uses the DX100 synth with what I belive is the "mono bass" preset within it. In his studio videos you can see him use this synth when he play that sound on various songs of his. Your technique produces similar sound but the "mono bass" sound uses FM synthesis to produce this song's particular sound. Using subtractive synthesis can get colse to this rounded\creamey sound, but just "close", not exact - to my ears at least. Here is Dabeull using the DX100 with that sound - ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-SoUn46Wbc1A.html And here is DX100 video showing the mono bass preset sound - ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-06xGmh08jAM.htmlsi=SbfdO9zo9GTTJkzF&t=191 I tried it myself using FM8 vst with this preset. Needs to download the DX100 SysEx dump for it - nuxmicromedia.com/4ophq/cgi-bin/dx4op.cgi?mode=dx100 And the magic will be reveald :)
FCSFA, I was there too.Theater. Was Dave Kelsey the violinist? Ms. Trebeck, she was a great teacher. She changed my mind on music theory. It wasn't a redneck community. We had a very artistic, diy indie mentality, just saying. ✌️ PS, any chance you have contact i fo for Johnny V??? Was thinking of him. ❤
