It’s scary for the kids when the parents post the kids. If you see a family vlogger, it’s mentally draining for the kid to be in front of the camera constantly, and soon, the kid will only know what it’s like to be in front of the camera. Not in an acting way but exposing their private life. I’m not a fan of kid influencers, most the time it goes down hill. Also great video man

It feels like since the release of the first cookbook (which is plagued with numerous errors) his channel has taken a turn towards clickbait content for the masses. It’s like the genuine enjoyment for cooking that I loved watching just slowly withered away to what we have now.
excuse me,but even if this is a cartoon and bluey ripoff,having chinchillas live in warm houses,while they should live in cool temperatures.Chinchillas prefer cooler temperatures. They are native to the Andes Mountains, where temperatures can be quite cold. While they can tolerate mild warmth, excessive heat can be dangerous for them. But if a kid saw this,they would think if animated chinchillas can live in warm temperatures,eat any other non vegan food,and even get wet (which they cannot,but a moby dick episode of chipchilla had the chins get wet after chumchum(i think?,y know the dad) sprinkled them like a whale w water) ) the kid would accept this as a fact,until a parent told them that this is just conservative animation and actual chinnies from the andes mountains with soft,dense fur and big fluffy tails CANNOT DO THAT!!

The guy always had challenge or non cooking vids even years back. And while I respect that your more about the accesible cooking video's I enjoy his other content way more. I also enjoy his mockery to the audience and the sarcasm. The guy is funny and a lil crazy love his silly voices it's way more fun than the average cooking youtuber. Still the guy always has been an elite cooking wise, he worked at a michelen star restaurant as a head chef it's why he can bash on what higher end chefs do. he knows the tricks of the trade or how he bashes 90+ % of fast food places hard. Still though I don't agree with the more corporate stuff. He might do less cooking vids, but his character has evolved over the years. It's far more entertaining. He did amplify his whacky ways a couple times. He got improvements on his character stick. Also speaking of accesible food. at some point you will have done a majority of recipes. Especially the stuff that most people have cooked or known from their childhood. At some point stuff either has to go more high end, dishes most people haven't heard off or doing hybrids. As time went on this is probably a thing in his youtube career he had to think about. Still at the end of the day, if you need his cooking vids for accesible foods he's already done most of the classics. At the very end of the day with either his new or old vids. The guy's love for food remains.
I couldn't (unfortunately) agree more with this video, throughout lockdown watching his videos and learning to cook was so fun going into university but now they feel so pump and dump ass and it's really sad
I really tried to put my finger on why i didnt like Joshuas new Videos like i used to like the older ones and you really nailed it down tbh. Like he can do with his channel as he likes obviously, but the newer content just doesnt get me as much as the earlier
