Eleanor had two turns in her repertoire one was like the one shown in the video and one was a spin and a tap that you described

When Eleanor did the turn it look so easy but it takes a lot of skill and training to do it.

l love your turn. But it is not the Eleanor Powell turn. The famous Eleanor Powell turn is spinning in place on one foot with two taps per turn on the other foot. One Example: See film " Thousands Cheer" with Eleanor Powell doing her number. Halfway through the number she does her famous Eleanor Powell turn.
