Black Opal is found in Lightning Ridge in N.S.W. it is either nobbies of solid opal or develops in seams within the sandstone. Boulder opal is exactly that , Boulder opal and is sometimes found in ironstone nuts and biscuit level in ironstone country. It is not black opal and to refer to it as such is misleading to say the very least. The carat values of boulder do not compare to that of black opal.
ron- this video is so well done! you did not get one word out of place. excellent video and information. i especially like how you put an emphasis on actually getting it done, not just making a to do list or a goal and then not doing what it takes to actually achieve the desired task or goal.
Hey Ron- Man, O really worked extra hard on his body building and it shows. He kicks ass in sales and that shows too. He took your advice to heart and actually walked the walk, did the work, is disciplined, and now he enjoys life as a direct result of his enthusiasm discipline and hard work. Both you guys are an inspiration to everyone!
Priceless advise for all salespeople. get the customer to elaborate on what might not be right with what he or she is being offered/ It is amazing to me how customers think its proper ettiqute to not tell the sales person what they actually think about the product or the deal being presented. So we have to gently get that out on the table so things can be discussed, and hopefully the customer will then be satisfied and move forward right then and there. priceless information.
awesome video. No one is in the same league as you are. I heard you ramped up sales at Aloha Sales in honolulu, that is no small feat, you are worth more than what you charge your clients because you get the results, and numbers do not lie. You are the very best at what you do and are an asset to your clients and the community because your efforts for sure have improved customer service on oahu where i live, and i am sure where ever else you have gone.
Everyone can relate to "I'm just looking". Great advice on opening the door to communications. Breaking the ice is often difficult for the novice salesperson.
Hey Ron, thanks for taking action on my request earlier. Will look into CRM programs. Gave me an idea that i could also plug in fiscal year stuff on govt customers that i have so i can contact these people and help them spend their money right when they have a need to use it. :-) mahalo again, john rogers
Hey Ron, Enjoyed your CRM video. CRM or database marketing use to be expensive but with the cost of computers getting less expensive so are CRM programs. Every retailer should capture their customer data...and use it.
