Not yet, its driving me a bit bonkers with the stretch. I’m hoping some amazing Angel makes an Ultrawide.lua for each game, and KHX. It’s a bit rough since its the first month.
Vic can you please help me? Everytime i try to configure my NVENC OBS settings in ADVANCED mode instead of SIMPLE, i keep getting the "No Encoder Selected" error, despite everything being set up properly. If i switch back to SIMPLE settings, OBS accepts my streaming settings just fine. Can you please help? 😕My videocard is a 4060 Ti.
Are you on a PC or laptop? Also that is strange behavior from obs. I'd advise reinstalling obs over your current and see if that helps too. I recently had to do this cause I played with my plugins folder.
I bought -Wave XLR- with the microphone of the same brand, I am on MacOs 14 Sonoma M1, I downloaded the Mac version of Wave Link 1.10.1 software, I have a problem I cannot add new audio input, I get the same error message every time "Wave Link Audio Engine is not correctly installed"... I tried everything, downloaded again, put everything back in place... it doesn't work 😕 If someone can help me !
@@iLadyVic liked everyone else, the error message is when I add a source to the application, it seems that I am not the only one according to the messages on the support help 😾

Does anyone know how the elgato stream deck works with already opened games? For example if I have a game open and use the deck to open Spotify, will Spotify open a window above the game etc
In my experience, no. Then again, you can always navigate profiles to get back to any key setups in game. I’m guess you’ll probably do mouse/keyboard/controller so maybe tabbing to the game may still be ideal.
Nice work! Yeah, I'm hoping for a LUA version of the mod, in case an update comes through like it did for the other 2 games. If they ever patch it, you'll have to pray and hope they didn't change the code. Updates break the edit. :( That means having to redo it.
@@iLadyVic After some digging through the hex file I found the FOV edit! If you search for "35 FA 0E 3C" from the top, search forward 3 times until you get to the last "35 FA 0E 3C" in the file, then change it to "EF F4 38 3C" for 32:9 or "35 FA 38 3C" for 21:9 and boom it worked for me. Hope that works for you
So there are 5 lines total I found. Last 2 will work, but stretching is definitely a thing. I wish I could post screen shots, but only the last 2 could be changed. 1-3 of them caused glitching. I did the search under all to find this.
Wallpaper engine is also a very sick adoptation to live desktop backgrounds, Its on steam. you can also put a simple small game or drawing tools as a background or music visualizer. You can also adress the amount of background processing it does in settings.
I’m so glad you’re enjoying the mod! I love anything I can find for Ultrawide. Currently found a total of 60 games native and mods included. I’m hoping to stumble on more, but this makes me happy seeing people using the mods, and how many have Ultrawide.

Oh you mean in the stream deck app? That’s the Hwinfo plugin along with the app running in the background so I can check usage and temps always. This helps me decide if I need to changed a display/graphic spec for a game. Usually I don’t have too.

I only use this offline when I play RPG’s for any replay value if I want to breeze through it. That’s the only reason I’ve use it, I haven’t used it in months if I’m honest.
Love this feature! For the people who say that it doesn't work, it's probably because of not having clicked on Discord before you press the Stream Deck button. If you have a different app/window focused on, it'll not work. Sucks that it down work without touching Discord at all.
The only problem I’m running into is when I go to the 4k capture utility and switch to analog audio and put the input EDID mode to internal my game won’t show up when I go to set up my video capture in OBS. Any Idea why it’s doing this? Also this video has been the most helpful to me so far thank you 🙏🏼
Yea in order for me to stream without the letterboxxing. I had to set the input/output to 1080p on OBS. I was still able to play my game in full window and enjoy the game in 4k or whatever
@@iLadyVic That’s super cool. How do you like it? But yea, I looked everywhere on how to get rid of the letterboxing on the widescreen monitors. One day it just worked. Currently using the Corsair Xeneon Flex 45’ monitors. It took me so long to figure out to get rid of the black bars on stream .. lol. yea, that ultra wide monitor you have is crazy long 📺 🦒
I love it, honestly when others have an ultrawide 32:9 they can see the full video if they have a plugin for ultrawide videos. If not then they get the letterboxing too. I guess it’s some talking points I can mention soon.
@@iLadyVic Yea true, they do have an ultra wide plug in on Google chrome. When I was watching movies on Netflix with it, just seemed stretched too me. It didn’t give its natural look, but sometimes If play i my console games with the elgato. I get the black bars on the side other than the top and bottom. I’m use too it, so it’s all good. Yea, that monitor is crazy 🔥🔥🔥
@@iLadyVic yeah, that’s a bummer. In 21:9, the icon sits on top of the location label, so sometimes it’s difficult to read which region of the map you’re in.
I totally understand. I just test the mods make sure they work, purely for gaming satisfaction. However you could always reach out to the modded and see if they can update.
So set it up as per your video, changing the volumes for the stream side or headphones on wavelength doesn't seem to change the volume in OBS mixer. For music for example I did set spotify to Wave Link Music in windows volume mixer, selected that as a source in OBS. Muted both stream and headphones in wavelink and it still plays in OBS mixer and no volume to headset. Wondering what I did wrong?
isn't microphoneFX what you would use in-game or on discord? Like you use the regular Mic In for voicemod, and then you choose MicrophoneFX for the voicechat, so it carries over the voice changer?
@@iLadyVic oh i’m guessing MicFX is just used to carry over stuff like EQ edits and whatnot? I just joined the whole dedicated mic / streaming / elgato software ordeal so i’m learning 😅
couple of different methods i've found while researching- 1. search for program in windows start menu - right click and show file location - drag and drop shortcut in to streamdeck software 2. for apps that don't like method 1 or the method you use, if it is pinned to taskbar - use hotkey with the key combination Win (windows button) and the number representing the location on your task bar (i.e if your app is the 6th icon representing an app, then win + 6) I've got a combination of all three methods on my streamdeck + and it now has all the apps I use regularly
