Its not US. You dont need that much parking because of good public transportation and there is no down town and houses out of city like in US. Every apartment has enough parking places.

I guess it's because hardly anyone has a car in Turkmenistan, the overall traffic there is maybe 10% of what you have in Canada, so those streets are almost empty.
@@metsolainenpov8771 In Turkmenistan, due to the cheapness of cars and fuel, more than 80% of people have at least two cars! Ashgabat is a big city and the street is very wide and built in several lanes, so heavy traffic rarely happens. But normally there is a little traffic at night.
