4 big zip ties will save the head from road rash. Less friction for sliding on the head when the curb jumps in front to you. Thanks for all the great videos. Rock on.

High compression engines need lots of lubrication being a touch on the lean side can cause this to happen and the more times the engine is run a touch lean it heats up the metal and before you know it boom. Running hot glow plugs all the time also adds to the stress. Low oil content can also add to the stress. If you are doing all 3 of those things it's just a matter of time until something let's go
