2 minutes, teams of 3 or 4, teams must get as many catches/touches in those 2 minutes, if there is a turn their count goes down to zero whoever has the highest score before a turn happens in those 2 minutes win! Hockey subs after a turn!
Hi There, I have been following your channel very well. Your channel video topic and quality are very good. You can take your channel even farther if you want. But there are some important issues in your channel which will not grow your channel easily if not solved and your channel SEO (search engine optimization) score is Out of 100 that’s score 0. This is why your RU-vid growth is very low. If you can solve these problems, your channel will grow quickly. Subscriber, comments, Views, like is very low according to your channel age comments, Views, like are also low according to your subscribers because of channel setting problem and video SEO problems. If these two problems were not present in your channel today you would have got many times better results. I am a professional RU-vid expert. I can 100% organically solve your all problems
THIS MAN IS A BEAST!!!!!!!! Matt Smith. You're going on my wall of fame for most impressive jumpers I've ever seen. Cool that you have a volleyball background... reinforces my suspicion that vball players transition very nicely to ultimate. I've been training my vertical jump for a long time, and these exercises seem to work the best for actually adding inches to my vert, I'd love to get your feedback on this workout! frisbeethrows.com/ultimate-frisbee-workout-make-you-unstoppable/
hey man, sorry i'm literally 6 months late to reply. I don't really feel qualified to comment on how effective certain exercises are but I checked out your website and like a lot of your approach: I'm a big fan of yoga and cross training with other sports to improve at ultimate. Good luck with everything, congrats on dunking, and just stay jumping!
1:04:45 was a "beautiful bid" by Vickroy?! Are you kidding - it was athletic and he caught up on the poach, but he laid out over the receiver (from his left side to his right side) a little bit behind him, and laid his left arm on the receiver's back in the process. This was a foul, and I don't understand how it could've been anything else. He didn't have a play. Kudos for aggressively going for it, but I think he should've just held up at the end and not made a play. What I find weird is that the receiver was pushed down, but he misses it with his hand high, i.e. above the disc. Announcer corrects himself "maybe not a beautiful bid".
48:22 clearly a foul against Raleigh. Watch the purple / blue dude hit his arm. And then the second time watch how he would've or likely would've caught it. Surprised integrity wasn't invoked. Commentator says the player wanted a foul but "from the slo mo that clearly wasn't the case". Wasn't the case? What freakin' slo mo is he watching?
So, I've always seen Terrence Mitchell as an amazing player in the air - Tigger (Winnie the Pooh reference) quality springs in his legs. But in this game, I've seen a side of him, where he doesn't look like he recognizes options as a thrower quickly enough and he's near to getting stalled out or he actually does. On the one hand, I respect his patience under a 7 second stall to wait for a good option, but fuck, maybe force a decent option with a nice wrap around throw to space or something - I love when throwers throw their cutter open. Is this a usual thing for him? I've never noticed it before. Possibly because all his catches are in the endzone. No - he's got tons of underneath cuts where he's a mile open, possibly because his defenders are scared of him and are backing him, or he just juked 'em or ran past 'em - I didn't get to see how they developed.
There was a nice play up the line with Mitchell at the end of the first quarter (I think it was), where the Hustle player looked like he could've gotten there first, maybe with a chest high layout, and taken out Terrence right after catching the disc. Nice of him to avoid the dangerous play, but I actually think there should be some sort of call, possibly an appeal to integrity, where it's decided the Hustle player had a good bid, but it would've been too dangerous, so the disc goes back or conceivably is ruled a D.
he may have gotten the disc cleanly. however.....he also clobbered the receiver! FOUL. who's that color commentator?......Taylor Pope??????? he hates foul calls!
