Welcome to my channel. I upload videos with railway related subject matter, mainly level crossings around Melbourne, Australia.
I film as often as I can, which these days can be difficult with a full time job, but I do the best I can and I try to upload videos at least once every two weeks
I also try to respond to comments as much as I can, though I can't deny I am sometimes slack!
You never realise how huge railway crossing bells are untill you see them on the floor next to a couch for scale. They're humongous! This video was a delight to watch, especially hearing the history of each bell and being able to take a look inside.
this crossing actually used to have a Mck&H teardrop bell. if you go to grange rd carnegie, and go (i think) between 2009 and 2007, you'll see one of the crossings had a teardrop bell!
Now Habibi Suboofer and all his bro mates will be happy. I used to be a delivery driver around those parts and have to sit there next to Habibi Suboofer at the lights pounding away at 4000 watts waiting and waiting at that bloody crossing. The lights were long enough and then just when it was your turn, the bells would sound, the booms would come down and you'd be stuck there for another light cycle next to Habibi Suboofer. Ahhhhhhhhhhh, memories.
Awesome video mate I’ve been waiting for this for while now you upload the Keon park level crossing removal finally and new Keon Park station now big improvement. The Keon parade intersection is now better traffic flow passing under the rail bridge better then before with level crossing now it’s better and thank you for uploading the video of Keon park level crossing for me and keep up the good work 😊👍🚉
