wouldn't it be nice if at 2:12 you're actually showing a cartridge detail with the o-ring not visible anymore and how it should be properly fixed in the Venturi valve?
it seems that they won't last very long... after the first day of wearing, a trace of weakness of the upper net has already appeared in the area where it flexes.
Hey Mammut, after I have screwed the cartridge in fully, is it possible to unscrew it? I have the removable airbag system (which I saw the video about), but I assume you are just able to unscrew that as well after it has been attached? So i dont need to carry it around in summer :) Thanks in advance!
Yeah, I'd expect you can... But I'd recommend using a cheaper day pack. The sunlight WILL age the fabric, bleaching it, and eventually weaking it. Better to wear a $20 pack instead...
You guys should release a longer more in depth review of this bag or send it off to some youtubers to review. I cannot find a comprehensive review and feature list anywhere.
Doug! Been over 20 years now & you haven't aged at all. Somehow stumbled onto a familiar face only to see a familiar name. Noticed in another short video that you're a guide, love to talk a bit when you have the time. Hope all's well old friend. ✌🏽🤙🏼 Kyle Fellow snowmaker from Alta(1998/99)
In a few words why would someone go aluminum versus carbon? Is there one superior to the other (price aside) maybe aluminum is overall less likely to break?
Carbon is much stronger than aluminium if something brakes it will be aluminium, its also 40% lighter than aluminium. Carbon - lighter, stronger, but more expensive Al - heavier, more fragile, but cheaper I don't know how much this answer will help you after two years of them not answering you, maybe it will help someone who has the same question
Between these two hoe mode shovels, what are the specific prefered target audience for both ? How come the ride has smaller shovel head but is heavier? Is the pro light hoe an overall superior option to the ride hoe shovel?
I'm in north america but I have the opportunity to by a beacon from your guys that is stating is for Europe. Is it ok to buy a Europe version to be used in North America?
