You know what I really like about her... she didn't disparage the new employee for saying the special was confusing... she explained more AND went to the customer to explain more. Some people with more ego would get punchy with a new employee.

It’s truly sad how selfish people are now days!! I get weird looks when I hold the door open for people and then you get the weird fucking people nowadays that get mad and say I can do it myself when you’re trying to do a nice gesture!!My father taught me to be helpful to people whenever you can!! The other day I saw a elderly couple trying to change their flat tire on the side of the road and I pulled over to help and they said they had been trying to change it for over a hour and not one person even stopped to see if they needed help and it was a super busy road!! I could tell they didn’t have much money and they were trying to pay me for helping them and I dam near had to fight them to not except the money from them!! It pisses me off that no one even stopped to even check to see if they were at least all right!!
She should’ve been fired! To me now that she was thrown under the bus by one of her employees now said employee to me, is going to be picked on by her and get treated like shit!! he should have handled that completely different. He should’ve separated the two and then chewed The supervisors ass for being lazy if he was going to keep her and not fire her, but I think she should’ve been fired.

"...to inspire you to do more". Dude, he's already doing 80 hours a week, what more do you want? You're already only paying him for half that time! That's ridiculous. He doesn't even have the time to attend that stupid course. Enforce 40 hours only weeks, give him a raise, get more staff and fix that shit in his kitchen. THAT would be bare minimum already!
