The amount of detail in RDR is crazy. GTA 6 better take some inspiration from the details in RDR2 and maybe be a bit slower paced than the very arcadey GTA Online
Haven't played this in ages and been thinking to uninstall gta5 for this, last time I played RDR2 online I had a group of outlaws gang up on me and some random guy rode by on his horse, helped me out and then went on his way. gta5 online is not even in the same ballpark.
I've played RDO since early beta and I love it. Quantity, sure GTA has more to offer, but quality is a different story. RDO give a lot more freedom to be creative when you grind the game. Both games can feel repetetive, limited and bland. However RDO is a lot better than GTAO in that category. Community in RDO is also a lot better. More friendly people and less toxic kids.
A man of culture. Who can see and respect art. Rdr2 has a way better engine and system than gta 5. Don't get me wrong. Gta 5 was solid. But damn they dropped support for it's online rq. Should have let modders work it early.
I enjoy it because the game doesnt seem as fast-paced and chaotic as GTA. Like you said in the video, you can sit back and enjoy the scenery. It's relaxing
Reason I play red dead over gta online is because I played gta online when it first came out and I leveled up so much and. I lost my account so rather than starting over from level 1 again I just picked up RDO.
It's wild. The physics in this game are the best i've ever seen. NPC's react so differently when they get shot. The gun sounds, the particle effects, the dust, blood spray. That's all done perfectly. Nothing feels static. It's one of the main reasons why I keep coming back to RDR2O. The gun play is so much fun. Since fall started i've been looking for a nice chill cozy game to play. I always come back to red dead. It scratches that chill and cozy itch perfectly.
i still play it because i do roleplay and i have someone to play it with, rockstar abandoned this game that had so much potential for so many stories to be told.
youre fresh eyes were very kind and made me remember the good ole days when it was new to me. "pick up food in the store and put it in your inventory" lmao
@@SkullBeast3000 I played it once at a friend's house for like two hours, and in all that time I found not a single interesting thing to do. Like, I'm not even trying to be mean or anything but I couldn't care less about GTA 6. I'm sure it'll be a great game but it's really not for me.
I totally thought gta v was really boring. I played gt3, vice city, san andreas. They were all really fun. I never like any missions really. Im new right now to rdr2 played it for the first time a month ago. Its sick. "Last of us" would be so sick if it went to open world.
The fact that this game got dropped and got absolutely no support will forever not make sense to me. They had a sandbox to do pretty much unlimited things in and decided to make us delivery drivers for bounties and moonshine. You can't do fucking anything in red dead online. I really wish it was supported more because I loved playing it
Facts man to this day gta online is getting new content and cars and updates and robberies and shops to own and all that shit, if we could rob banks and own a mining company or rob trains or even better bounties would just be fire
The ragdoll on npc used is the euphoria engine, used since GTA IV. ;) As much as I hate GTA Online that I can find entertainment in this game, regardless hackers and cheaters we have on pc... Never seen games with such great physics ! Female characters even have their breats bouncing when moving a lot. (Strange said like this but I swear it's true !)
If I had friends to play with Still, I would play this game for sure. It's very fun when you have friends. But the lack of players I see riding around couples are playing solo. It's just not that enjoyable of an experience anymore
When I first started playing it on ps5 i played for 5 weeks without getting killed by another player but in 5 minutes on Xbox 1 I died now a year later I can't move 2 inches out of a shop without getting killed
Rdr2 is one of those games I know I'll be replaying forever. And it really is a grown up game because it's slow but older you get all the more you appreciate the story, world and all the little details throughout the game.
I play RDR2 on PS4 online. Love this game. I've played the story like 4 times and have had the game since day 1 of release played it since then pretty regularly. I know the map pretty well and most of the secrets. I'll posse up and play some times but mostly just play solo and grind stuff. I don't mess with other players unless they mess with me.
