Project Man! He is the hands and eyes, and skin and many other parts. Thor is the dog who sleeps, he begs for food and barks and sleeps. One man, one dog, one project... Screening on a computer near you. (Written in 90's movie trailer voice over). Thanks for understanding.
That moment when you stop to go look for some other teardown for pointers and you just can't find it is priceless!!! It was a bit tricky but i suspect reassembly... Rear springs are going to be fun to lock in place with just a few millimeters of play to put the clip well hidden behind the rear bumper and from the inside. fun, fun, fun. Stay safe, cheers.
It's quite cool, i've only made this how to because, as far as i know there is not a single video from this casting, at least i could not find one. Full build will also include teardown but slightly less detailed. Stay safe, cheers.
Thanks, Dukes of Hazzard helped quite a bit. The 60's produced some amazing cars worldwide to be fair, like one of my fav of all time the Alfa 33 Stradale, incredibly hard to find in 1/43 unless one does not mind drop 100€+. Stay safe cheers.
Thanks brother. I'm only sad to lack the proper time, work done at over 12am it's not the same as work done at 12pm if you know what i mean. Stay safe cheers.
Thanks, that is actually what i think of you own videos to be honest, that golf bag i've seen in one of your last videos i've watched it was pure creativity. Stay safe cheers.
Thanks, it is what i enjoy the most. Needless to say that i must start acquiring cars with not so many missing parts lol. Fab work takes most of my time, sometimes all the free time in a week goes to making one single part. It took me 2 days to shape that rear spoiler epoxy mount alone, around 30 minutes a day.
Hi, PMT! This was my first video of a Saturday morning, and with a fresh cup of coffee, it couldn't have been a better start to my day. What a fantastic custom job on the GT3! Such cool fabrication ideas and execution. Even the diorama got upgraded. I watched every second of it. I was stumped at the very end when a piece of cheese came out. Wasn't sure what you were going to do with that. Too bad Thor got it! Thanks for taking part in my anniversary build. It was a terrific ending with this, your super cool Pikes Peak Proto submission. Big thumbs up from Switzerland - Andrew 🍁👍
Thank you Andrew, it was kinda weird editing many months old footage. Parts i forgot i had and others forgot i hadn't recorded. Was fairly sure i had detailed process of the rear wing and wing mount, turned out not to be so lol. Heavily inspired by the 80's Group B Rally and early 90's Pikes Peak body kits. My part months have been a lot of old furniture refurbish!!! PMT has a "new" 80 years old bench and close to 100 years old storage cabinet, maybe i'll include those in the next short video. Stay safe, cheers.
I do! One of the ugly ones, ZX break with the 1.4i engine, and i'm thinking of getting a BX. Also have a couple of citroen models but have not built any yet. Stay safe, cheers.
@@projectman-thor229 Thanks for subbing my channel back Thor. I really appreciate it. I'm thinking about getting a 3D printer. I have a Diorama called Tomball town. So far, it's all built from supplies I got at the hobby store. It's great to watch what you are doing. I'm wondering where some of these channels are getting the cool little people. I found some on eBay but not like the ones I'm seeing on some of these racing channels.
That was a really great car haul with some uncommon castings that I don't know. I like the Marcos at 0:30. SPOILER ALERT - that's also a very cool looking Porsche. Bring it on! 🍁
I was amazed with the amount of detail on the LUSO-toys car. Yeah the Corgi car is my second favourite, i'll always choose Solido over any other brand even if they have more plastic parts. I'm still missing paint and detail on the Porsche, still haven't sorted everything out.
Thanks, i've been holding back part II of this since the diorama, very limited space left on the bench. But i'm mostly not happy with some castings i've tried on the positive i got a copper plating jig now so i'll probably revamp the end with some more metal work instead of plastics or resin. It will be up not before the end of the diorama and the Maple leaf 1k Build off. Stay safe, saludos.
This is definitely the best build that I've seen in a long time. Excellent video and so it was the first part....All the fabrication from scratch is spot on. From little details like the drive shaft to the construction of a whole chassis and a trailer..... Absolutely love this project mate !!!!!
Thank you very much, it is, in my opinion, my best build. The chassis on the truck turned out super way beyond my expectations, i'll definitly revisit this notion with a 1/32 1950's Chevy truck, i bet that will give a prettier cab!!! Stay safe cheers.
Thanks man, always wanted to have a 1/43 semi but they are expensive as hell. It turned out great although i wanted blue on the trailer as well to match but i ran out of paint, doors only have one coat. Stay safe, cheers.
Outstanding fabrication work with the putty and mig welding! You're way out of my league now! This was brilliant work. I look forward to seeing it in the finished diorama which I know you've been working hard on. Thumbs up from Switzerland - Andrew 🍁
Thanks, but i think not even close!!! FInishing details on the scratch built trailer, metal chassis and steel sheet, unfortunatly it's taking almost all my time, can barely find a day in a week to check youtube. Must take a break after this diorama and Bonus truck deal. Stay safe, cheers.
Thanks, i've been a bit away from yt working on this every bit i can to get this done. On the down side i now have 2 weeks of videos to catch up lol. Stay safe, cheers.
Thanks, it is nearly there. The funiest part of the deal is that i don't have a spot for the finished product lol. I think i went a bit over on the speed, on some clips. Stay safe, cheers.
