RHAYN is the brainchild of Austrian singer-songwriter Regina Haring. Her cozyfolkpop draws from a dreamy melancholy, but never without the necessary glimpse of hope. She will be releasing her debut EP in March 2024.
This was a great song. I really loved the transition around 1:43 with the higher pitched parts dropping out right before the switch to the saxophone section.
No I never think I'm scared to think the wrong thing But at times I blink Did I get just what I asked for So I might stare a bunch of holes into the wall I'll ask it questions What's good, will it fold Oh my sweetest king When will you let me in No I never speak I'm scared to quote the wrong man And even if I did Find a single answer Nothings new they have known it before It's another step in a new Glorious scam Oh but at times when I'm low Then I wonder Can we turn down the voices I think about what ifs And could beens and have beens Like it's some type of choice No I don't do compliments I think it's hard to answer Blood is rushing to my cheeks And I'm questioning their sincerity But you say that it fits me so well And I'm worried I'd like Tailor-made clothes Oh but at times when I'm low Then I wonder Can we turn down the voices And think about what ifs And could beens and have beens Like it's some type of choice Mmm Oh I think too much Oh I think too much (I think I think too much) Oh I think I think too much (I think I think too much) Oh I think too much Oh I think too much (I think I think too much) Oh I think I think too much
